There was no parking and no charging station nearby.

The breakfast, the beds were very comfortable and the location very good. It was nice to have teas and cofees at the games room. We also enjoyed the sufl board.

Room is a touch on the smaller side for the price. But you have to understand you are paying for convenience.

Great location, close to all city shops etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Didn't really have any complaints. All was fine.

The breakfast was the best breakfast I have experienced! It had so many choices and the ginger shots made it for me! The dining room was nice and calm, altogether a great start to the day!

Really nice hotel, so glad we chose this hotel brand! We had a great room on the 9th floor overlooking the city and fjord. Clean, comfortable and good hot showers! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and we loved the lounge for free tea, coffee and sparkling water and a game of shuffleboard during downtime! They have a locked basement area to store luggage after check out and they allowed us to hang out in the lounge while we waited for a late ferry which was very kind! The attached Ego restaurant is reasonable value and quality for Tromso and offers 10% off for hotel guests.

I would appreciate some basic cutlery in the rooms. As my stay was with breakfast only, I was buying some food in nearby shop (1 minute from hotel), however when I returned, I realized there are no forks, knives, spoons. Which meant additional expenses to buy some one-time use cutlery in the shop. The rooms had cups for coffee/tea and wine glasses.

The overall stay was great. The breakfasts were amazing, the services as cleaning on top. The bedroom was comfortable and the beds were amazing with TV for shared device to connect to Netflix, Spotify, etc.. Location of the hotel is one of the best locations possible bus stops in 100 metres from the hotel (bus to the rest of the city, bus from/to the airport) and with great location for most of the guide trips that I took (5 minutes by walk).

Breakfast began far too late for our weekend stay. Most tourist activities have early start times, so breakfast at 8 a.m was a huge rush and out of our three nights booked with breakfast included, we only got to enjoy one! So not great value for us and I probably sadly would not have booked this hotel had I known. Many guests spoke of this late breakfast too. Kindly the hotel will prepare a breakfast to go, sandwich, piece of fruit and a cold drink, but that is nothing like enjoying a good breakfast. Also a member of staff the first morning told my son off for making one sandwich to take with him? Quite unfair I thought when we had just a 15 minute window to eat the breakfast we had paid for, in order to make our way to the pick up point for our activity the first day. We were not carrying out baskets of food, just one sandwich!

Probably the right price for Tromso, but it's still a bit pricey.

This is a great hotel option in Tromso. Everything is very close in the downtown, and this is right in the heart. Rooms are modern, and the breakfast was fantastic. There is a great Texas shuffle board table in the lounge with free coffee and sparkling water. We took the airport express bus, and the stop is 200 m away.
