The waffles we saw on the internet for breakfast weren't there. It was a bare bones breakfast. We would have liked to see it closer to what we saw on the internet. Breakfast doesn't start till 8.

Location was excellent. Most of the staff was great. It had what we needed. My grands really liked the lobby. I didn't have to do stairs. Room was clean. It didn't smell.

The breakfast was very poor. Basically dry cereal w. milk and mini-muffins. Coffee was very good though!

The room was quiet and decently priced. Not updated, but clean enough. Fine for an overnight stay.

The room wasn't set up for comfort. You couldn't relax in the bed while you watched TV and could barely see it while sitting on the sofa.

Do not have high expectations. This is good for a night stay or the solo traveler. The heat was constantly on. Hot water pressure, barely any hot water. The bed was not comfortable, and so were the pillows.

The good thing about this hotel is that it is very close to the sightseeing.

The carpets were dirty, my kids pants were brown after crawling on the floors and the room smelled a bit musty, otherwise clean sheets, plenty of towels.

I didn’t like the attitude of front desk staff, his shift started at 3pm on nov 10th, when I was checking in. He said as a joke that the room is $1000 something. Then proceed to ask me where is my husband?! Because i was alone with 2 kids. This made me so uncomfortable, I didn’t even sleep at night bc i was travelling alone. I’m not sure why he cares so much if i was single or where is my husband, when he was wearing a wedding band. Very unprofessional.

I liked that it was very close to Busch Gardens, 10 min drive.

I arrived a little early and was sent away for an hour even though the room was ready. The air conditioner didn't work at all. I didn't even check the breakfast because of all the bad reviews. All in all it was a place to lay my head for the night. Nothing special.

Breakfast looked good but was a little cold. Nice selection though. Right off the highway and close to dinning.

The breakfast, which was 'breakfast' in name only. I know a continental breakfast can be minimal, and this is what one would expect and that is fine. However, this consisted of some old cereals in their dispensers, not great coffee from a machine, some oats in a packet to microwave, some very small sweet pastries (which looked well over a day old), and some artificial juice (if I remember). I do remember there was no bread products at all, no toaster of any description, and nothing to put on any toast anyway . One might expect at least toast for breakfast; even the worst US type continental breakfast! My wife and I were amused by the number of guests that came in, looked around the breakfast options, and then just left in disgust.

The location is good. Not too noisy despite being near the main road, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus and pleasant to use.

They do not have much at all to offer for breakfast. That is our biggest complaint.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always love the location. You can park right outside your door so unloading luggage is very easy. We are able to walk to Colonial Williamsburg which is nice. The pool is wonderful and the staff are always helpful.
