“Absolutely worst experience that I never experienced in my entire life. Customer service was awful.. I will never go back again. We booked for 4 nights but we checked out in 2 nights but paid for 4 nights . Spoke with manager about the service and he didn’t care. From day one it was terrible service. When we arrived at resort in the main gate there was no one to open the gate so we had to wait until they got there but no one came . 40-42 degrees hot weather and I asked for ice they said there was no ice to serve. Room was mouldy and very strong damp smell. I asked for housekeeping never turned up. Bed sheet was dirty and smells like damp. First night couldn’t sleep at all because of smell. Very very dissatisfied please don’t go . You will regret if you do.”
“100% couldn’t recommend staying here more. The bed was comfy, hot water and so clean. AC works really well and the food is nice and very reasonably priced.
The family who run the hotel are so nice and couldn’t do enough for us. Picked us up from and dropped us off at the bus station. Booked our onward travel and organised our safari.
The view from the hotel is also lovely.
