The check-in and check-out hours are so strict. Our activation code didn’t work until 3pm and we arrived earlier but were not let in. The host sent reminders about check-out and asked to leave the property before 10 otherwise there will be charges. This does not feel so friendly. The property was a little far from Queenstown city centre, if you don’t have your own transportation, it may be a problem.

The apartment is in a two-story building, and we have the private access to the second floor which is great. The view from the balcony worth a million. And you have easy access to the Queenstown trail which is good for a walk. The kitchen was well equipped. It’s a delight there is even a wide selection of spices, soy sources, olive oil. The Nespresso coffee machine was nice! The two bedrooms offer a queen bed and a bathroom each. The master bedroom is huge and has a patio.

Elderly people may find the stairs a challenge with heavy suitcases.

Everything was very comfortable, tidy and modern. All the facilities and equipment were new and we had everything we needed. The house was light filled with lovely views.

The food at the nearby Wakatipu Grill - don't bother going there. Medium-rare fillet steak was served well-done twice!

The location was great thanks to the views over the lake - watching the jetboats do 360's in front of us! The two bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect for our family group.

If I had to pick something, it’s Tight parking for car, but still fine really, fine for us - but isn’t 2nd floor so a flight of stairs could make it hard for some.

One of the toilets had a weak flush and needed a couple of flushes to clear it. Also I didn't feel that the owners were very warm based on the messages, but I think they just wanted to ensure their apartment was well taken care of.

The whole apartment was really comfortable and had a beautiful lake view. The interior of the apartment was very well designed too. It was also very clean and well furnished. I loved the window ledge for reading in one of the rooms.

Offering Sky TV and Netflix would enhance the facilities available and enjoyment for guests. Toilet off the living room needs more pressure to flush everything away.

Perfect location with sunshine away from the business of Queenstown. Lots of amenities and shopping close by. Walking and biking tracks, and the lake on your doorstep. Fabulous view from the living areas and balcony. The apartment was upmarket, tastefully decorated, modern with attention to detail, warm and clean. Two bathrooms for two bedrooms is a bonus that we appreciated. Everything you needed was available in all the rooms. Beds are comfortable, shower has excellent pressure and plenty of hot water.

The parking can be quite awkward particularly if you had hired a larger type vehicle however having said that I managed to park the Mitsubishi Outlander without too many worries but anything bigger would have been a bit of challenge

Muesli, milk and spreads were provided along with coffee pods Apartment is very modern with plenty of space with very nice views over the lake. Beds are super comfy. The apartment is located at Kawarau Falls with very nice views of the lake and with the bonus of having the water taxi pick up/drop off about 100mts from the apartment which is a great way of getting into Queenstown whilst enjoying the views of the Remarkables.
