Drafty window due to broken handle made things bang in the night which we fixed ourselves for night 2, and description said you could watch sunset from the balcony but our room faced the opposite way. Armchairs worn and uncomfortable.But overall a good room.

Bed comfort and size was great, very warm welcome, parking on site, view from room of the lake (over roofs as described). Nice decor. Close to town centre but far away enough not to hear the bars.

Not a ton of parking (and you have to pay for it)

Amazing location! 5 minute walk to all the shops and waterfront (and Bespoke Kitchen!) for good food but quiet enough that we had an undisturbed night sleep. Even though we were at garden level, it was still plenty of privacy.

The receptions hours were very limited, we didn't see anyone until we checked out although we didn't need them for anything. Though the key collection lacked security, anyone could have picked up any of the keys.

Only downside was probably our room location, down low, not as much natural light. But the accommodation itself, facilities and location made up for that.

Lovely apartment complex. We had a garden view room, so whilst it wasn't the Mountains it was still nice to access an outside area that had views. Beds super comfortable. Very modern room, with all the basic conveniences needed. Staff very accommodating. Would stay again.

Steps to climb to the room. Not great if you are senior citizens. The process for pre booking a parking slot - 15$ to be paid in advance by sharing credit card details with the front desk either but a call, WhatApp message, voice message or e mail. Not very professional. I am not comfortable sharing credit card details with unknown people in that manner - they kept the slot for me and I paid on arrival but not sure if it will work at the height of the season.

Location is great. walking distance to cafes, bars, harbor, gondola ride. View could be better if the road works were not on going.

fridge could be bigger. Cannot fit anything larger than 1.5L in there...

location is king. Minutes walking to the car park, Gondola, the pier, and the center of the town. Man st is under construction but does not matter much if you just park your car and walk to all the activities in town. room is small but very clean. Not many people when we were here so very quiet.

Nothing!

The room was so luxurious, big comfy bed, soft padded carpet, warm ambient lighting, large tv with Netflix..! The lady at the front desk was so lovely and friendly, they gave us a free upgrade on our room as it was available to one with a lake view, which was so stunning. She was really helpful in accommodating us with parking, which we hadn’t booked beforehand, made everything simple and easy. Also loved that there was guest laundry 👍 Thank you!

So quiet even though you were walking distance of an evening you couldn’t hear a thing which is perfect if your not into bar culture. Only sound was the birds in a morning which was so nice to wake up too.

Initially I thought it was a pain having the kitchenette and bathroom downstairs but it actually didn’t end up being a drama. Overall it was a great wee experience.

Heater in bathroom didn’t work. The operating hours of reception (Monday to Friday and I think 9am to 4pm) meant that I never saw them. The room was not serviced for the whole week of my stay. There was supposed to be a system of leaving a notice by the front door of the apartment to arrange this but either it wasn’t there or I couldn’t find it. The view of the lake was minimal, from my room I could see glimpses as well as a wooden hoarding in front of the large car park space or yard opposite the property.

You couldn't beat the location. The room opened outside to a sunny courtyard....no long hotel hallways. There was a small well equipped kitchenette if you did want to self cater.

Bathroom was great and modern but would have benefited from a bigger vanity as it was on the small side.

The location was perfect, very close to city centre and was less than a 5 minute walk. Room was very clean and comfortable, with a view of the mountains and gondalas. Staff were so welcoming and kind, they helped take our bags to the room. I would definitely stay at Lomond Lodge again.
