Twin beds were right next to each other, would be nice to have a space between like a bedside table. Bathroom was spacious but had limited counter space to put things on.

Room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Extremely close to Spark Arena, easy walk to Queen Street and Water front. Quiet.

I did not like the gloomy outdoor atrium area going to your room. I also found it unusual that when entering your room, you entered a hallway leading to two guest rooms. I guess it would be okay if you knew the people in the adjoining room.

Was in the downtown area. It had laundry facilities that were free, but were in a odd maintenance/duct room closet Parking was good.

The parking was expensive and it wasn’t made clear in the detail that parking was an extra charge.

Clean, good level of equipment in the room. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff.

On site parking increase, $45 per park, not so friendly receptionist who checked me in, the Yard eatery downstairs, inside Adina, $35 each for cooked breakfast, the dishes were empty, when we went to servery area, consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hash brown, baked beans, annoyed I had to ask politely for butter 3 times, none by toast area, 1 poor waiter, advised the Chef was getting it, the butter was half block in bowl, still cold, you had to slice chunks off it, the time it arrived, already finished hot breakfast, sat there eating cold toast with frozen butter, there was no coffee either, they were making some more. Poor service! I could count 6 other groups in eatery at time.

Close proximity to concert venue, however concert was moved to Aotea Square at last minute, still able to Uber over $10 charge each way, plus the Adina has its own on site parking (pay per night), comfortable bed and great hot shower!

It was raining hard and there was no cover to walk to our rooms. I didn't like the fan/air recirculation system going all night. It was noisy and made it cold.

My only issue was the housekeeping. Our room was never cleaned well, and they didn’t make our bed for 3 days.

Perfect location as we were there for a concert. It’s just right next to Spark arena.

restaurant !! the 'snacks offered' when we enquired what their menu was it was minimal and un appetising..pizzas, chicken nibbles, fries. . . we asked where close by we could find other options.."oh you will have to go to the CBD" they said... NOT GOOD.. (it turns out they do have a better menu after 6 but they did NOT tell us this at 4.30ish !! ( we are 2 elderly women) we then wandered and within a few doors found the most gorgeous Cafe, a Vietnamese restaurant, plus other more up market restaurants, bars.. so the hotel was not prepared to give advice..the online compendium was NO help.. very difficult to navigate, did not include extension numbers for reception, house keeping etc.. housekeeping did daily change the towels but not the tea, sugar etc..I had to chase these both days we were there. . tried both days to dial through to reception (more than once ) and never got answered.. so I resorted to dialing the full Auckland number for them.. said maybe their internal system was not working, but no, they admitted they had seen there was a call but busy (reception staff was on their 'cellphones' each time we passed the desk !! so busy doing what? they need to work on these 'customer service' things and improve the customers experience

we had a studio room for 2 singles, perfectly adequate.. kitchenette great.. beds so comfortable..handy to CBD, Spark Arena, restaurants and cafes

The breakfast..over priced of what we got..no variety of things...coffee is so bad..not a lot of options. There are a lot of cafes and nice places to eat near the hotel and with 25$ you can do a really nicer breakfast somewhere else...it would have our experience much better if they only offered a batista coffee with the breakfast.

Great location for the concert at Spark Arena. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Britomart train station is a 5 minute walk away.

As I got to my room there a group of ants wandering around near the bed from underneath, something you guys need to check on that was the only problem I had
