Our first night we had 4 power cuts which obviously can’t not be helped, however we had very little communication from the staff as to what was happening.

It was a great location - we were very fortunate to be upgraded to a lake view with the remarkable and it was STUNNING! I would happily pay for that view. The rooms were clean, the bed soft but comfortable. The inclusion of the hot tub looking over the same room view was also great! Staff were extremely friendly. Excellent place to stay!

For such a tech forward hotel, my only suggestion would be to install doorbells for the rooms, it was a little off putting hearing such loud knocking on other guests doors to deliver their breakfasts early in the morning, otherwise it was extremely quiet around the hotel property.

Extremely beautiful and scenic property, great rooms and kind staff. Location is perfect and only a 15 min walk from the centre or a quick bus ride. We loved it and can’t wait to return!

Mattress. Vegan breakfast needs protein. It’s not good enough just to remove the egg. Most cafes now offer hummus, beans, etc. to compensate for the protein.

The mattress in our room needs turning. It felt like our feet were higher than our head.

Location is a bit far removed from downtown for restaurants or strolling thru shops making a car or taxi and necessity to go downtown.

Clean, comfortable and fairly spacious room with modern amenities. Very courteous and friendly staff. Breathtaking view from lounge and dining area and excellent dining facilities.

Pillows were slightly a bit hard.

Staff were super friendly and attentive while we had dinner at The Nest restaurant at Kāmana Lakehouse. The view was spectacular.

Not a major issue but the rooms were motel style so door from the outside around the car park. However inside the room and the hotel areas were great.

The public areas were fabulous - great views from the restaurant and a lovely vibe in the bar. We did the Kamana Lake House soak which was wonderful after a weeks driving around - and terrific outlook - all very relaxing. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed and when we asked for anything extra (additional robe/towels etc) there was never a problem

Difficult to find a free parking spot. As almost in every hotel/motel, even if booked for three persons, towels etc. provided were only for two. Every single day.

We stayed here for one night and everything was great- from the room, cleanliness, service, spa to the lounge bar and inclusive breakfast options. Not to mention the beautiful view of the lake and mountains which you can never get sick of!

Restaurant menu was a bit limited (we ended up not dining in but did have breakfast on one day) and not really worth the prices. Overall the Kamana is probably a little overpriced for what you get - but maybe that is just Queenstown for you!

Location was very convenient with a car. Room was decent size and amenities and view were good. Spa was lovely and the view from restaurant was superb. Overall a nice place to stay.
