Absolutely stunning hotel, the view from the room of the Remarkables was beautiful. The hotel was well appointed with great facilities and friendly staff. The restaurant was a must visit, with a memorable degustation menu.

You cant really walk to the main street, its pretty far and if you get lake view rooms next to the restuarant, you can see other people taking photos from your bed, no privacy (refer to photo)

Well appointed modern room with an absolutely stunning view! Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Great location close to town and small shops just over the road for convenience. Breakfast was delicious!

This property is breathtaking. Enjoy breakfast with the most enjoyable views. The hotel as a very beautiful feel to it. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here

Our view from the mountain view room was minimal and properly would favour the lake view next time.

Fabulous view over the lake and still close to downtown (short driving distance). The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Staff was friendly and really wanted to help. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. We booked the hot tubs once, a very nice experience. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed for 11 nights and received only 3 bottles of water for the whole period.

It's quite cold in the bathroom in the winter months, so it'd be good if they have a portal heater available for those coming from the tropical region.

The two double/queen size beds were very comfortable. It was also very clean and the daily cleaning and bed-making were greatly appreciated. We will definitely come back here again next time when we visit Queenstown, though will choose to stay in a room that has the amazing lake view!

Paid for two rooms so our children could be next door (12, 15). Same price x 2 rooms (we paid for breakfast within room charge) but management charged extra for them eating ‘adult’ breakfast. Not about the $$, the principle. Silly considering we ate at Nest restaurant (3 course dinner x 4) and had drinks and nibbles at the bar each night. Sometimes common sense needs to prevail rather than Lenny pinching considering we spent approx $6k for 4 nights.

Stunning location, bar, restaurant and overall outlook. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Beds are extremely comfortable and heating whisper quiet.

Everything was just ok, was no point staying out of town in general, no special touches and was strange to have room service available only from late afternoon, as well as no special offers for guests for bar/ restaurant. Also no bathtub in a room

Beautiful views from lobby/ restaurant, overall very clean and new and comfy, room gets heated quickly which is perfect for a winter stay. Staff at reception were lovely and efficient
