A few of the lights didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable for me. The room was only set up for two people yet my booking was for three. And in the morning 2 hours before check house keeping knocked on door even though the do not disturb sign was on the handle.

The location and having wifi and the shower was nice.

There was a toaster but no cutlery or plates, a microwave and no plates or bowls to use in it. We were not provided with dishwashing liquid to clean our cups and neither were the cups we used cleaned or replaced during our 3 day stay.

The major cleaning could be better ie carpet shampooing of the whole hotel And checking under beds and tables there were receipts from the last people staying under the bedside table Also were missing drinking glasses and needed some plates and knives for toast. Because there's a toaster in the room

There was an aggressive incident between other guests. Although not the fault of the staff...police were called It would make we think twice before returning or recommending

Carpet in halls is filthy. The shower was really good except I got scalded and frozen when neighbors used water while I was showering. Also, the rooms were different than what I booked.

Comfy bed , easy location for event. Easy access. Warm greeting at reception. Good tea coffee supplies. 2nd time stayed will stay again. Value for money.

It’s comfortable- we’ve stayed a number of times before. Room larger than other options, and always clean. Price reasonable, although it reflects the fact that the hotel is tired.

The carpets are very old and stained, water pressure could've been better. No milk for coffee, only some powdered creamer.

Did not have breakfast, the location was great for me. The bed was comfortable, room was large, bathroom was a great size. Free parking and close to where I needed to be.

The first room we got allocated had wet damp smelling carpet, parking around the back was sketchy there were people in carpark late sitting in cars so we moved car in the light. I would suggest some milk for room.

Manager was great helped us get another room was nice, had a nice stay comfy bed, air con was great,tv nice size.

Beds were a bit lumpy. Whole place smelled of cooking odours. Exterior in dire need of a clean up- surrounded by plant debris and broken fences.

Good price in a handy location. Nice crisp clean white linen on beds and fluffy white towels in the bathroom. Very easy check in. Plenty of parking.
