We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe condensation is quite bad in the evenings and mornings everywhere, even the walls.. It was very noticeable on the walls dripping down onto the beds which were positioned up to it. This net curtain on kitchen window which people can see in when the light was on, a blind would be better for privacy. No seperate private laundry area just for guests to use. But we were able to use hostelers personal laundry at no cost which was kind.
Very affordable motel with the basic necessities our little family needed for our stay. Walking distance to Palmy city, supermarket and a nest little cafe across the road. Really good size kitchen with a door to close off from the loungeroom which I liked to keep the cooking smells away from where we slept. Hotel managers were very accommodating and helpful when needing anything for our room. Surprisingly we didn't hear much traffic noise at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

New ZealandI would have preferred a curtain over the window in the kitchenette. There is a net curtain but more is required at night.
Initially it was hard to find. It was very comfortable and definitely a good price. Beds made nicely, linen was crisp and fresh. Some components were tired but a lot of work had been done to smarten up the place.
