She tried to put me in a room I didn't want or booked for. I was told "no visitors make sure no visitors" then when my family came to pick us up their small dog managed to jump out of car and into our room we tried apologizing she pointed her finger at us and said "no, no dogs" I thought that was very abrupt.

The room was great, very comfortable and spacious.

When you used the shower, it made a terrible noise which could be heard throughout the room. The light shade in the room was broken, and there was no wardrobe or place to hang clothes in one of the rooms. There may have been a misunderstanding due to cultural differences, which made for an uncomfortable situation.

The staff was not friendly or welcoming on arrival. The room was clean, and the facilities were clean. However, there were dead insects on the window cill of one room. The staff person who initially greeted us tried to be nicer later, but first impressions were already too firmly etched. The farewell at the end was nice and sincere. The staff person walked around as if she were checking up on us and our guests visiting for a couple of hours. I had read through the rules but felt like I was being watched to see if I was breaking any laws.

access to motel is not safe its off the main busy road = rubbish still in the bins from previous people so wasnt cleaned down properly and there were a few small cochroaches in the room running on carpet and air con didnt work properly

First we're not aware that we will have an extra charge per night. I book two rooms and it say's the room can accomodate maximum of 3 people we are 6. Each room was 3 people so I thought it is ok. Upon arrival they review the camera to check how many person inside the car the guy said we are 5 but originally we are only 4 person inside the car, 2 of our friends waiting for us coz we arrived in different car. I ask them why was on the booking.com has a condition that can accomodate 3 person in 1 room and they said that they didn't care about booking.com. I hope next time they will clarify each condition of the said motel. It will cost a confusion for most of the guest. The guy was rude and didn't listen to us. I got insect bite too on the bed🙁

Woman at the reception desk needs to be more welcoming and for some reason she kept repeating that I was to have no visitors.when I acknowledged her the first time she said it I booked the room for 2 guests and thought it was none of her business who my passenger was. The sheets on our bed were the polar fleece kind that had pilled and felt stratchy as.

The sheets were awful, lumpy polyester sheets. I was visiting an unwell friend in hospital. The staff weren't very friendly, they were very rude regarding a visitor I had and didn't want them to stay more than 30 minutes. If I had known the visiting rules, I would not have booked here.

Shower head was pointed to the end of the bath so when I turned it on if went all over the bathroom floor and spilled out into the kitchen. Had to use all the towels to mop it up

It was as I expected. Clean, tidy and they had nice fleecy sheets on the bed. Was great to have been upgraded to a King Studio at no extra charge.

for what they’re charging per night, it was very cheaply maintained, giving it a feel that it wasn’t cleaned satisfactory. the sheets were scratchy winter sheets, open bar of soap left in shower and the soap dispenser in the shower was diluted and empty. There appears to be renovations currently being completed in one of the motel blocks, builders were onsite and using power tools at 7:30am. I appreciate they have a job to do, but 7:30 is too early given the service that is being provided. wouldn’t stay here again.

The guests next door were very loud and their language wasn’t desirable. Also cotton sheets would have been more comfortable instead of the polar flannel ones that had matted. I also had the cleaner open the door at 8.15am when I was still in bed.

The sheets were winter fleece sheets, i asked to swap to cotton sheets and this wasn’t done, also ran out of toilet paper and not enough towels we provided i had to ask to a extra one

Paid for a night's stay on arrival by card after filling in the usual check in details and was then told we needed to fill in another form and pay a $100 bond that would be given back onto our card 1 hour after checkout which is not mentioned anywhere on booking.com. We wouldn't have stayed if we knew before we paid for it. Notice on the wall in the room states to clean and wipe down benches after use but no tea towels or dishcloth! The step up into the shower box was over a foot high easily which was a concern when getting out. Photos showed that the room had a couch but didn't. Late checkout fees are horrendous and only in the book in the room not advertised in its policies on booking.com. The experience was not pleasant and spoilt our night out which was $100 less than we could of used. Really disappointed.

The advertised nights fee was good for the location.

Utensils, plates, cups, shelves level of clearness not up to standard. No clothing storage, ( wardrobe / closet). Inital Reception not warm and welcoming. Poor communication. Furthermore if not vigilent would have been overcharged.
