Lots of steps with heavy suitcases but this is typical in Queenstown.

The room was spacious and lovely design. It was close to the main part of town and nice walk through the gardens or by the lake. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Was not a problem for us, but guests should be aware there is no lift to access the second floor.

Lovely hotel in central location with large, tastefully decorated rooms. Comfortable beds and heated bathroom floor. We were super cosy! Nice shared lounge area and outside garden. Complementary nibbles and drinks for happy hour and complimentary nibbles in the rooms were a nice surprise bonus. There is also a great sauna.

Absolutely everything. The location is perfect, so close to the city centre. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have a lovely big bath to soak in after a day out and the decor is quirky and homey. We enjoyed the continental breakfast provided and the evening happy hour was a delightful surprise. Most importantly all the staff were wonderful. Parv is an excellent manager and it shows in the attitude of the staff, nothing was too much trouble and they were all friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend you book here for your Queenstown holiday.

Dark red color of the room, makes a bit feel depressed ambience. Have to make more light and bright. Reception only available from 8am to 6pm. So if you check in after 6, you have to call the number of manager or assistant manager to assist you.

Room size, a lot of free snacks and drinks. Even you can get welcome wine. Location close to center. Take bus #1 to and from airport, NZD10

This was one of the nicest Motels we have stayed at. Lovely large comfortable room with everything you needed. Complimentary drinks and snacks in your room. A free happy hour in the lounge with good quality wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks provided. Great location within walking distance of central Queenstown. Lovely staff.

It’s so lovely to see a boutique hotel that aims to be a bit different in respect of decor. It was right up my alley. Very comfortable and spacious. Also very thoughtful in respects of complimentary bottle of wine if you missed happy hour on arrival and free snacks etc.

Coffee. Espresso machine in room or instant, milk in fridge no way to heat it up = cold coffee. Went down for breakfast, same thing. Asked for hot milk, staff obliged. Better brand of coffee pod for espresso maker would make it taste less like motor oil! Do not recommend breakfast, choose a cafe instead. Limited choices, if they added a few things like yogurt fruit other than whole apples, it would be ok. Pastries were fresh.

The room was nice, windows open, big bathtub with bath salts, very friendly helpful staff, close to waterfront stores restaurants. Complimentary room snacks, cold water in fridge.

Great location, about 5-10 minutes walk from the centre. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned every day.
