Toilet and shower access got changed during the stay without notifying in advance.

The location is great as it is close to the town centre, yet it still maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

There were no plates or cutlery in the room, nor a toaster, and as there is no cafe/restaurant we couldn’t even make toast after arriving late (8pm) from the Milford Sound trip.

The bed was very comfortable, the room clean. The view lovely. Close to the pick up bus depot for excursion.

Construction is happening in Queenstown and it affects sometime accessibility of the accommodation. Although staff offers assistance is carrying guest’s luggages, I think it will be better if they have ramps to facilitate use of trolleys and also wheelchairs for those who need it.

My room is clean have a spectacular view of Queenstown. It also got all the facilities I need especially the kitchen. Location is very close to the town and I love to do walking in most days.

There was road works when we stayed hence there was no street parking. We all parked (a bit cramped) on the driveway and lawn area.

The manager onsite was wonderful to deal with. He helped with correcting our TV, laundry drying, and was very welcoming. The place was clean, including kitchen and our twin bed room. Lovely stay and very close to town.

The security wasn't super high, but Queenstown felt like a really safe place. I'd still recommend staying here.

The value for money for the location couldn't be better. It was about a 5 min walk into town. The bus stop to/from the airport was like a minutes walk away. The room was nicely presented. Had everything you'd need in a short stay. Appreciated the electric blanket! Easy check in and check out. There was a guest lounge with quite a bit of cooking equipment and ample fridges. Good wifi. TV has cable.

Everything was Excellent. The accommodation was in a perfect central location to explore Queenstown. Parking on site made life much easier. The facilities were good ie Beds Showers and Kitchen Area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness levels could have been better. Heating arrangements were not the best. Accessing the hotel and Parking was a challenge especially cos of the construction work around the area.

Beds were a bit soft for my liking, but appreciate that's personal preference. A few road closures made it a bit more difficult to navigate the steep walk into town.

There was a lot of roadworks in the area. Obviously not their fault and I’m sure it will eventually improve the area. But it did make parking a bit awkward.

Convenient for the lake and the town centre. The view of the Remarkables was, indeed, remarkable.😎

I noticed an incorrect charge on my credit card, but they fixed it and apologized promptly.

We stayed on a Monday night. It was very quiet and the beds were lovely and comfortable. We could easily walk downhill into the town centre or get a taxi back up the hill when we had all our bags.

Lounge could have been warmer (wall heater not working) and a little cosier - more cushions and blankets would improve it. The uphill walk from the waterfront was a killer - thankfully not too long.

Loved the view from the living room. My double room was very comfortable - linen was lovely, had sunshine through the window in the afternoon, comfy chair and a much appreciated vanity. Shared bathroom with just one other room, so no problem. Location is good, and bus stop is just down around the corner.
