We went down to breakfast at 9. Almost every thing was gone. They did bring out some sausage and scrambled eggs. But no OJ, oatmeal, had to ask for Syrup, waffle mix was out. No fruit, no milk, no cream cheese. Very disappointed!

Breakfast was good, but some extra choices would have been nice.

The room was large, sparkling clean, extremely comfortable. I used the gym, which was very well equipped. Excellent hotel at a good price! I'd definitely go back in the future.

The Heater Only worked If You Set It At A Very High Temperature around 78 or higher then making room too hot. This was really annoying. Bathroom sink would fill up and drain very slowly. Cabinet door where the fridge was in literally came off the hinges falling to the ground. Fridge wasn't secure in its location very wobbly I had to adjust it's position plus it wasn't very cold. Elevator was extremely slow. Out of coffee twice during breakfast because hotel had 1 small cannister for regular coffee. Had to ask front desk for more coffee when many time's they're checking in several customers making me not have coffee with my breakfast. BTW coffee wasn't in the cafeteria which was very odd because they had plenty of space & not allowing cafeteria workers to get coffee was also odd. Please get a much bigger coffee canister for your customer and have it in the cafeteria because most folks want coffee while they're having there breakfast.

Location, Clean, Hot Breakfast, Nice Staff, Plenty Of Parking, close to everything, facilities. Overall nice clean hotel.

Between booking.com and the property they changed my reservation from King to double Queen. It was a hassle to them to change room. Wish you could call booking on the phone.

There was old gum on the carpet (use Googone to remove), there was liquid seeping out from the base of the toilet, the shower knob didn’t fully stop the water from coming out through the tub spout, and we never had anyone come make beds/tidy up while we were there.

Great location, nice breakfast, linens smelled clean, plenty of shower gel/shampoo/conditioner in the full size bottles, friendly staff, pretty comfortable beds.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. We enjoyed the better-than-average hot breakfast which had friendly staff. The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful.

The elevator wasn't working. Bathroom tub and plumbing were loose and tub floor was not stable-made lots of noise when you stepped in.

The pillows were really uncomfortable. The doors to the rooms are really loud, and there were kids running up and down the halls late at night when we were trying to sleep.

The fridge didn’t work well. The toilet ran all night and the heat/air unit didn’t work properly. Not usual for a Hampton Inn.

I wish the pool was open both days we were there. Also I would have liked a better selection of fruit and nut creamers in the kitchen. Cooler wall mount control was in need of being updated / replaced.
