Bathroom and bench tops could of used a proper wipe over but a bit of hair, dust isnt the end of the world. The studio is seperated by a locked door to the rest of the unit, the people on the otherside of the door were noisy and disturbing which can be an issue if you want to sleep straight away.

The room has everything needed for an overnight stay, hot shower, warm room and clean sheets. Perfect for a short stay.

The lack of the accomodation being cleaned properly with soap left in shower, both the bathroom and kitchen bins not being emptied. No dishcloth or tea towel provided, having to request those. The worn out areas of carpet in bedroom. Also we had difficulty locating reception as the road was closed, fenced off with no direction , having to go back around to find other way in.

Spacious area, however in need of some maintenance. Casey in reception was very helpful.

Was difficult to locate in the new subdivision. More than met our needs but was a bit run down overall. Could be beautiful but at the moment it's not. Would stay again with the family.

Office lady was lovely. Like that we were not down town. The area was quiet and just what we needed.

The receptionist was lovely. When we needed help with the heat pump someone came promptly to sort it out. Comfortable bed and good shower.

The property felt tired and needed a deep clean. All the bedding and towels were fresh, but everything else needed more time with housekeeping or a visit from maintenance.

We were allocated a huge house with lots of family space, laundry facilities and plenty of beds. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. The house had been warmed ready for our arrival and was comfortable all night.

Having been to the venue over many years it is really run down now and needs a decent upgrade. Beds are fine but pillows aren’t flash. Furniture is well used. I don’t usually comment on venues but for those who have visited previously they may be disappointed. Staff are very friendly!!

The space is great. Plenty of room in the unit and option to have another room is good if we had more people.

Very basic accomodation, Tiny TV in a weird position on top of the microwave. Couldn't get TV to work. The shower pressure isn't great the shower arm was broken seperating from the wall. It was difficult to keep it in a comfortable position to shower as the shower head kept slipping down.

Comfortable bed. Basic accomodation when you aren't going to be spending any time in the room a good cheap option.

It is tired and decaying unfortunately and needs a million or more spent on sprucing it up.

This 'resort' is tired with many of the units showing rotten timbers and a general lack of maintenance. The offices / convention centre has certainly seen better days and looks wreaked. This facility needs a lot of TLC.

We did a wipe around the inside of the cottage when we arrived but the kitchen needs a proper clean, the splash back and wall had pasta sauce splattered on it, inside the drawers and the cabinet all need a good scrub, the coffee cups are stained and need a bleach, the fridge also it's a bit smelly, and the broom had chicken bones stuck in it, there were stains on the carpet in the lounge which needs a carpet shampoo and the couches underneath are falling apart. The bathroom cabinet needs a good wipe out and there was black hair all through the drawer where the hair drier is, the fan in the bathroom doesn't go and there were a couple of light bulbs out. Some of the duvet covers are very faded. There's black mould on the windows in the bedrooms which has been because of all the rain, Staff wasn't at the counter at 2pm check in so we came back at 4pm and they were there.

The location was great the rooms were a generous size, the beds were comfortable and there was lots of heating, the shower and toilet were clean and there were lots of towels which was great, the out look was nice, the price was very good for Taupo. The staff was friendly.

Central to our needs and a big unit that we were up graded which was a bonus. Good bed with comfy mattress and place was warm, heater was on for us which was a nice thought thanks. Kitchen area met our needs

We just didn't like how close to the next room and we can hear the conversations

It was nice as it was accessible to everything. It's spacious.
