There is no staff, so the automatic check-in via the robot box was complicated, especially as we'd just arrived from a long travel and were tired. Would have been appreciated to have a support staff member on the ground.

The instant coffee was poor. Would be nice to have a pod machine as well. Also the water in both the bathroom sink and shower did not drain well.

Room was big and comfortable. Staff was friendly. We absolutely loved the sauna. Super convenient all around.

Cleaning standards could have been a bit better, it wasn't spotless but good enough. The room was smaller than the advertised pictures but this wasn't a big issue.

Fantastic location, central and convenient. Decently sized room with a well-stocked kitchenette. The access code they text and email you before check-in makes it really easy to access the room at any time without depending on staff (we arrived around 11pm). Overall it did the job well as a base for Lund and Malmö for a couple of days.

The shower was not properly cleaned and the showerhead was broken. The bed topper was dusty and the curtains were missing some hooks.

The main reasons for picking the hotel were the location and spacious rooms. I stayed here before and found it central to all amenities, resulting in me picking the same hotel again. The rooms were well-equipped with appliances.

Have stayed here a few times now and unfortunately it has gone downhill a little and could do with some TLC. Would probably stay again but only if the price was right.

There was something that looked like black mould on the walls in the shower. It might have been something else to but either way it wasn’t super clean. Also a bit annoying that the code stops working at the time of checkout which means you can no longer access the building/reception area where the luggage room is. Would be appreciated with a bit more than two small pillows in the big bed.

Very good and central location for visiting Lund. The rooms were big and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect for a longer stay since you have your own little kitchen (but we only stayed 2 nights). We liked the system with using a code instead of having a key card to get into the building and the room.

I was missing a spatula in my room kitchen and better availability for instructions on using the shared sauna and the gym. Also some very basic cooking things (like salt) would have been a nice addition in the kitchen.

Great location, friendly staff, the room had everything needed for a cosy stay. Everything (including check in) worked smoothly with the key code.

My window was right above where deliveries were made. We sleep with the window open so we heard the noise of the van engine, van doors opening and closing and the staff talking at around 5.30am.

Only thing is you’ve to do your own bins and you only get one medium towel, one small each and a floor towel. If you want more it’s an extra charge along with if you don’t do the bins and dishes you get charged extra for a cleaning fee. Under the bed was very dusty which made us think they don’t deep clean it often. We had one incident where we entered our key code at the main door and people followed us in as the door take ages to close as they are automatic. I asked were they staying here and if they needed help finding there code so it was fine but very off putting in the moment. We didn’t see one member of staff the full time we were there.

Amazing room with loads of space and super comfortable. The space was very central and was great value for money. The studio rooms are perfect to stay in for a few days or longer. We were delighted with the location and great food nearby along with a supermarket a 3 min walk away.

Need to put soap for hair and body.The tent to the glass for being blind for the sun and not going inside the room was broked so we woke up from the light.
