Cozy little cottage with everything you need to just relax. Clean and comfortable. Klaus is a generous and friendly host. Nika, the dog, made friends with our children and they all had a lot of fun

A duvet was a bit small for the double bed

Great little cottage, modern, super clean and comfortable. Very private. Perfect location - close to everything. And cute animals (dog, chickens and pigs) as a bonus.

That I didn't stay any longer!

Everything, and I mean everything, including, for instance, a cheese slicer, was provided, except meals. The little house had a sizeable fridge/freezer which assisted us tremendously in enabling us to be self-sufficient over the week we stayed. The place was very well insulated and therefore most comfortable during the warmer weather.

I came here after not sleeping well for a bit and needing to get something in kerikeri and waipapa. It was halfway between them. The owner and everyone there was nice and I slept for 15 hours, the place was so quiet. The location seemed like a warm microclimate. There are heaps of orange trees. Then when I asked the owner to drive me to keri he helped me out immediately! The place was also clean.

Claes is wonderful host. The house itself is warm, welcoming and well stocked. The dogs, chickens and pigs on the farm only enhanced our stay there and the fresh fruit from the orchards made for a delightful experience.

Road noise !!!!!! cleanliness of kitchen equipment . guest towels in toilet \ bathroom no daily change . cobwebs in bathroom high ceiling brrrrr Otherwise long term visitors were pleasant .

There was traffic noise especially in the morning. The fridge was very noisy and did not sleep well because of the noise. The sofa was very low and soft and once I sat down was difficult to get up again.I am short but would be very difficult far a tall person. The TV did not tilt enough to watch from the bed.That would have been helpful.

The setup was very nice and the lady who took me around was very helpful.The kitchen and bathroom setup was good.

Lack of space in bedroom uncomfortable bed . Room would have better with one large bed not small double and a single.

U guys have a wonderful spot there .Us coming from cold Taupo felt it was definitely warmer there and to be honest we didn't want to leave.The whole area KetiKeri,Piahia etc was just beautiful and clean. A definite must for a return trip.Thx for being so friendly and welcoming.As Arnold said we will be back Regards Donald

The photos advertised were exceptionally misleading and did not capture the facitilies we encountered. Photos should be updated and labelled so that future guests know which photos pertain to which rooms as we were expecting facilities similar to that shown but did not get them.

The location was convenient and the animals were a treat. The owner was friendly too.

Location a bit hard to find as it's on the main busy road. Best to carry on from the Kerikeri turn off and then turn around further up Hy 10 for safety reasons. This is just a suggestion to help others.

Nice welcome on arrival. Friendly staff and other guests were interesting and friendly also. Loved the animals and especially Nica, the older dog. Good conversations with the staff and Inga is helpful. Good for city folk to stay in the countryside for a nice breakaway.
