Great location in the centre of town. Great views from the balcony out across the harbour and hills, especially for sunrise and sunsets. Great suggestions for dining and places to visit in the area.

The view from one apartment was beautiful and being located right by the water definitely helped. Both apartments were set very nicely and made it a very comfortable stay.

The chairs on the verandah not very comfortable I didn't like the eighteen stairs but then again, no stairs, no view

Bit noisier than I'd hoped, which can't be avoided as it's in town. Overall though, it was a comfortable, well-appointed apartment and relaxing place to stay.

Glass the veranda

Spacious room, adequate cooking facilities, comfy bed, good shower, very clean. Great view from the veranda - so long as you as stood up - sit down and the railing block the view. Parking right in front of the apartment, steep, short hill to access the parking lot, then a blind turn left in to the lot if you have a low car - SUV and you are fine.

The location of the Apartments is great...close to ALL village shops eateries etc...& of course you have the superb elevated views of the Harbour & the surrounding area.

really lovely view from the upstairs balcony. Table and chairs on balcony is a great location for breakfast. Mangonui is a interesting waterfront with many heritage buildings.

The shower was a little dated but plenty of hot water but could not turn the pressure down. It was full blast or nothing. The step up into the shower & the height of the shower controller was a bit challenging.

Very central location within easy walk of shop & restaurants. Good view of the harbour even from our ground floor unit. Free upgrade to a better unit even without asking, thanks Daniel. Erica was great to deal with & talk to, just like an old friend. Easy parking.

Nothing it’s all good. No complaint whatsoever

It’s really excellent , well equipped facilities and obviously a lot of thought and care has been put in by Erica to ensure you have a pleasurable stay . Some nice personal touches and verywarl welcome. You close to several good eating options in the village as well as the famous fish and chips and good supermarket few yards away. The view from the balcony of the upstairs apartments at sunrise and in the evening is to die for ! Highly recommended . Good

The stairs to the first floor could be challenging for anyone with a physical disability. The shower water pressure is low but it is an old building.

Friendly welcome. Great outlook - the first floor balcony is a great place to chill out and catch the sunrise. Central location provides an easy walk to the wharf, bars and eateries.

If I had to try pick a fault... it was quite warm when we stayed so the absence of a fan of any type was noticeable.

Very nice room, lovely views, superb location only a very short walk to restaurants and pub. Attention given by Erica the manager was 5 star.

Stayed in room Tahi which had a balcony that looked out over the water. It was an original house built by one of the pioneer families. Liked reading the history of the house Great location. Very clean and so cute. Loved this accommodation. Plenty of places to eat on ypur doorstep.

Aircon would be nice but balcony doors can be left open.

Perfect spot to take in the views across the harbour. The building also has fantastic history being the first house built there in 1904. Still has its old charm but modern an clean.
