The location of the unit. I didn’t realise that the unit had no open view until I got there. I was looking forward to sitting in the sun in the afternoons and looking at the view. I tried to rebook a specific unit on specific dates for next April so was not able to be guaranteed that I would get what I had asked for. Therefore I didn’t confirm the reservation. Too much money for not enough certainty of getting what I required.

the units were in discreet location to provide privacy while still being part of a complex of units. Laundry facilities in common area of four units. great use of unit space. golf facilities were excellent. Food on site - reserve to get a space.

Couldn’t get the heater to work in the middle of the night and couldn’t find a usb port to charge devices. It will be a good idea to upgrade the rooms to a certain extend in terms of technology :)

Fabulous suite, wonderful tasty breakfast. Really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary & I also ordered a cake to be made for my husbands birthday which was also in the room when we arrived. It was delicious & so beautiful!! I can honestly say everything from the second we arrived until the second we left was truly amazing. Also a very nice touch was the complimentary transport into Queenstown & Arrowtown. A spectacular stay & we can’t wait to rebook.

Getting picked up from Airport $80...being dropped off $100??? Because international terminal? Really...it's the same building. No room service.

The space, the location, golf course, hole in one restaurant. Staff super friendly. Golf shop staff great. Facilities. Wife had a 90min massage, squeezed in on cancellation so fantastic. Location to walk to Arrowtown. Shuttle service.

Would have been helpful to be advised that golf tee off was delayed by almost 2 hours due to frost. We were told on arrival. Had we been warned we could have made other arrangements during that time.
