Bathroom is only separated from the rest of the room by glass. I was there by myself so that was fine but if with someone else I prefer a bit more privacy for the bathroom.

Staff were very helpful, friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel is very stylish and interesting. The room was gorgeous - luxury, style, quality. Breakfast was super tasty. Everything was top notch, easily one of the nicest places I've ever stayed.

A very small thing. Maybe a wee sign under the light switch advising how to turn it off is required for older people.

Very welcoming and obliging staff members. Perfect location in the Viaduct area . Wonderful restaurants nearby. Their car park was appreciated in the city , the pool and gym with the enclosed Parc to contemplate or walk through were perfect. I'd imagine the Parc garden would be gorgeous in the Spring and Summer. The Ohtel Pantry breakfasts were delicious and the welcome drink and our evening flat white with Tia Maria completed perfect days. I was impressed that the staff contacted me almost immediately when I left something behind!

Stylish hotel in the perfect location in Central Auckland. Everywhere is easily walkable. Sadly we weren't there long enough to enjoy the facilities as we arrived in the evening and left the next morning for Waiheke but the room was absolutely lovely, really nicely designed and laid out. Breakfast was very good although the poor girl serving seemed to be hotel receptionist, waiter and everything else and was run off her feet. We'd absolutely stay here again.

The situation of the bathroom not being closed off from the main room/ behind the bed was bizarre and doesn’t provide much privacy.

Included breakfast was a bonus and was delicious. A good location right near the water/ ferry with easy access to walking to queen street/ main shopping district and only short drive to other areas in city. Staff were lovely and very helpful and our room (superior with balcony) was a great size, especially for a four night stay. Facilities were also great and clean

The property is in a great location. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Bed is comfortable and quiet at night. The room was clean and staff very friendly. Even got a complementary craft beer on check in.

Central location with nice rooms, cute coffee shop/ bar, and even a pool and hot tub to use. Parking was also available, which is severely limited on street in this area.

Shower/toilet sliding door for 201 could use some oil/crc it was a little noisy.

The location is excellent if you want to explore the viaduct. Our room was generous and very comfortable and well styled. Breakfast was yummy. The place feels calm and intimate unlike the bigger establishments. We love staying here when visiting Auckland (CBD).
