Some prior information about parking location and fees would have been helpful. The receptionist was really helpful in answering our questions over the phone. Some plunger coffee would have been nice, I should have brought my own.

Weekday noise was loud. Nightime noise was quiet. Saturday Night and Sunday morning was loud till 3 am because of music.

Our room didn't have soap or shampoo. When asked the receptionist she said she would go and look. We came back 5 hours later and still no soap or shampoo.

Nice apartment, had everything you need. The bed was comfortable and had some decent views of the city. The location was also at the base of Queen Street and a short walk to lots of nice restaurants. Perfect spot for a staycation.

Room was above an open roof sports bar that kept us awake until 4am due to noise. Streaming to the TV was bad but there was an Ethernet cable that seemed to help. This should be longer so you don’t have to climb over it between the bedroom and living space

Parking if you can't walk well, carrying suitcases thru the street to the lobby is out of date and good for younger people. 40,= extra or parking raises the price of your stay with 25%.

We could hear party goers on the street from the 11th floor which meant interrupted sleep. Particularly Friday and Saturday nights.

Location is fantastic. Such a great place to be based from if using public transport and walking to get around the city.

We've stayed in 10a before it's a good sized room suits for a couple. It has a great pressured shower also handy with the washer and dryer. We liked our room.

The washing machine that leaked water, pooled on the floor and soaked the carpet. The receptionist promptly addressed the issue with a room move. Thank you Tanmay!

Thank you for sorting out my washing machine trouble and giving me a room in higher floors. Staff should be given credit when it is due - so thank you!

The washing machine/dryer were one and in the kitchen and was extremely loud so it was too loud to use. It was great to have Chromecast but the internet kept buffering. It was a great location but you could hear all the public noise all night and then the road cleaning all in the mornings. Our room got serviced really late in the afternoon (after 3.30) and we had wanted to get back to have rest get changed before we went out for dinner and a show, which was a little inconvenient.

The room was lovely and it was great having a kitchen, laundry facilities and chrome cast. The room was well kept.

Only downside was having only one lift, as we were on the 13th floor. I went into 'heart attack mode' when I saw a notice on the lift door that said 'out of order' and went towards the stairs! Luckily the lift repairman took pity on me and took me up before starting the repair and it only took a short time before back in action but it caused us a few stressed minutes.

Great location. Close to wharf for Cruise and ferries. Balcony overlooked Queen Street. Close to station and other city highlights.

Safety. I was not comfortable going out much after dark. There are people sleeping on the sidewalk right outside the door. But the worst thing was the noise. There is a university in the city so expect partying, but the bars nearby must be like group karaoke themed. Its was so loud a few nights, I barely slept and I tried using a white noise app to drown it out. It went on until about 4am several nights - it was awful. The windows don’t close well enough to seal properly and I think that makes the noise worse.

The location is great if you plan on using public transport. I took ferries, the train and buses and for that it was good. The bed was very comfortable and the layout of the space was nice. Housekeeping did a good job. The little patio is a bonus, but the view isn’t fabulous.
