We had an amazing couple of nights stay at Ripple . The staff were so friendly. Poppy was the staff member that greeted us and she was extremely friendly and helpful It was pouring rain when we got there and i locked my keys in the unit but Poppy went out of her way to help us. .The facilities are fantastic swimming pool spa area .We had our own private spa which was amazing. Mini golf was so much fun a stunning stream and garden area. Games room, laundry and restaurant. Across the road from Skyline and few minutes drove to shopping areas. Close to attractions . Seriously can't find anything negative to say. Highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

The staff were always willing to help whenever we needed anything. Love the system of late check in and access to things for the room when reception was closed. Loved the hot tub on the back verandah.

We usually try and stay at this property for the location as it’s across the road from the MTB and luge. This was our first time with the new owners @ Ripples and we were very impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff, I mentioned we were staying overnight in Rotorua for my partner’s birthday at the time of the booking. On arrival there’s was a little note to say happy birthday to Kat and even a bottle of wine in the fridge that was above and beyond any expectations and a unexpected surprise

Two thing to consider - the location is not central so you need to have car. This is family object do expect some kids and noises connected with that. Hovewer this should not allow you to change your plans and risk going somewhere else ;)

We rarely extend our stay but this was the case. Extremely nice staff, a lot of amenities, nice location next to skyline, hot tube and swimming pool, breakfast in good price to the room plus, the pearl in the corona, the restaurant. This place have everything you need to be happy!

It would have been wonderful if there was an oven or something to grill.

The rooms were neat and tidy and upto our expectations.....and it was nice and quite....the pool was wonderful even the kids could enjoy it well because it was not too deep and safe for the kids...

The staff member on check in was amazing, really rolled out the welcome mat and that really just made our whole visit so much better The facilities are great, tidy, clean, comfortable bed, TV's in both rooms , well 100% be back.

Spa pool is not nature spring and too small. We went check out and there’s a couple inside stare at us so we didn’t went feeling so awkward

A small washing line or rope at the back of the apartment for hanging wet swimwear would have been useful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a convenient location and the accomodation facilities were very good for the the price paid.

The location was great as it was right across the Skyline Luge and within walking distance. The staff was attentive and ensured that we had a great stay. The serene stream in the back was also very nice. Will definitely come back. Thanks again!
