The accommodation was perfect for our little family staying in Rotorua. Our toddler loved the playground. The whole property was lovely.

I am so sorry - but there was SO much hair in the shower - as we arrived. Everything else was perfect, but I think the shower had neglected a clean.

Well laid out - stunning linen on the beds. kitchen was equipped with everything - TV in both lounge and bedroom. Loved this spot and will definitely come back. Highly recommend. A walk down to the stream is a must - just so beautiful - true (and even better) than the photos. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was a nice room with everything you needed in there.

I didn’t order breakfast but overall the stay was nice. The stuff was amazing and so kind. The room we stayed in was small and cozy perfect for a couple. They had a heated pool and our room had a private spa which my partner had a tutu on and we couldn’t turn it off and had to ask the stuff to help us turn it off 😂 but overall it was a beautiful stay. They had a play room with a ping pong table and a mini golf course.

We found it a bit dark (not enough light) around the kitchen when using the space to cook and clean the dishes. But that's the only thing.

Great location, it was a nice, quiet peaceful stay with great hospitality. The room was warm the beds were comfortable.

Staff were very friendly, everything felt so personalised, especially the complimentary beers for Mum for completing the marathon.

The lounge and kitchen are a bit dark due to the hot pool immediately outside the lounge doors having high walls for privacy and a sail over top. Loved the hot tub, though, so worth sacrificing the light.

The setting is lovely. The room was clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed. Food at the on-site restaurant is delicious (and with few tables, requires booking!). Enjoyed the hot tub too.

This was possibly the best motel I've ever stayed in. The facilities are amazing, especially for families with children. Loved the mini golf and stream walk! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It felt like home. Will be back

The room was comfortable, a good size and even included a private spa. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the mini golf course and the table tennis in the games room. We dined in the restaurant each night and the food was exceptional (make sure you make a reservation as they do book out!).

Narrow door into bathroom would benefit from being replaced with a sliding door to prevent interference with the shower screen door

We had an amazing couple of nights stay at Ripple . The staff were so friendly. Poppy was the staff member that greeted us and she was extremely friendly and helpful It was pouring rain when we got there and i locked my keys in the unit but Poppy went out of her way to help us. .The facilities are fantastic swimming pool spa area .We had our own private spa which was amazing. Mini golf was so much fun a stunning stream and garden area. Games room, laundry and restaurant. Across the road from Skyline and few minutes drove to shopping areas. Close to attractions . Seriously can't find anything negative to say. Highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

The staff were always willing to help whenever we needed anything. Love the system of late check in and access to things for the room when reception was closed. Loved the hot tub on the back verandah.
