Aircon in room. Comfy bed. Updated bathroom since I last visited. Plenty of food options at breakfast. Easy walk down hill into town (5 to 7 minutes to the waterfront). Love the sauna.

The accessibility. No lifts and it was difficult to carry luggage as the property is on an incline. Although the Staff finally helped with Carr the luggage they were not very helpful

I'm a bit upset by the restaurant staff as I requested a baby high chair at first and they give it to the next customer instead. I have to carry my baby and eat. Hotel car park is messy, no clear instructions until we ask. Room is a bit old, I can smell the mouldy from inside. Staff not so friendly.

The hotel design look special. The common area to me is special because of the fireplace. Hotel restaurant provides good food. Room shower room come with warmer. Hotel provide baby as requested.

Chalet Room abit outdated, and being closer to the main road so expect some noise. Room i was staying also had a malfunction heater so the night was cold and the heater to warm the shower take rather long.

A little disappointed with hot water situation, as luke warm for both evening and morning showers. Improvement here would make all the difference. When staff were contacted in regard to this situation, they were very apologetic.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great view from our balcony. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful and great ambassadors for the business.

Parking was a little confusing, limited, and very tight! Bathroom definitely needed an upgrade, but for the price was still good.

Great location with an easy walk into the heart of town. Room was an excellent size, super warm and comfortable. Wonderful beds and bedding. In house restaurant made it easy.

Other guests not respecting noise, state of the room (dated, mouldy bathroom) for the price of the room, and no hot water on check out morning. Had to resort to going to the airport to shower!!

The location is good and it’s actually relatively quiet given its central location.

There was no hot water in the shower, everyone washed with slightly warm water, maybe we just couldn't set it up because of the loose design of the faucet in our room (everything was a bit dilapidated in the bathroom).

Not a lot of parking, had to get there early if you want a park. But there a was parking on surrounding streets a short walk away. If there are no parks, drop your bags to your room before going to look for street parking.

It was clean and comfy. The location was a short walk to town, there is a hill on the walk back. Great for a couple nights stay. Breakfast was good. The team at reception were really helpful.
