If I had to say anything it would be that the shower needs a proper door as a bit of water does make the floor bit slippy.

Location, comfort and lake view. The room was so clean and tidy. The little kitchenette and veranda were a great bonus. We loved the mini golf just across the road for the kids to. The fact that there is a bar and restaurant on site was so convenient.

Paying for a view to open the curtains in the morning to see the lake only to be welcomed by a Sunday market blocking everything. Also at night enjoying the view and a kid and parents walking along the front of the rooms looking in

The towel heater in the bathroom did not work and it would be great to have a curtain inside the front door (in winter) to avoid a draft.

A sizeable gap under the external door made it drafty in our room. Countered the heat pump, but a rolled up towel soon fixed that. I prefer separate shampoo and conditioner in the showers, so ladies bring your own conditioner.

Great location, clean room with a modern and fresh new look. Shower pressure was awesome and the bed was comfortable. We even enjoyed breakfast in bed while watching the ABs on a decent sized 50” TV. My husband could even log into his SkySports account which was a bonus! Would definitely stay again.

The room was very tired and looked it. Cracked paint. Old fittings. Old showers with traces of mould. Towel rails in bathroom not heated so in 1deg temperatures towels were wet in the morning. Furniture not moved for vacuuming which showed up dust and dirt. The most major thing was noise from neighbors due to no soundproofing. The walls are paper thin. I stayed here with my family in the 70s and I think some features of the cabinetry were the same but have since been painted up a bit.

The staff were great upon arrival. The studio room was small but perfect for a couple of nights. The room was well equipped with a microwave and mini kitchen appliances. The room had that hotel feeling of being very clean and tidy. Parking right at the door. A nice balcony with table and chairs. Beautiful uninterrupted view of the lake and mountains. The tv with chromecast was a bonus. The on site facilities were great with room service from the restaurant available. The location was literally a 2min stroll to the main town centre. And directly across the road from the lakefront.

I followed the instructions on how to operate the heat pump, but not being familiar with heat pumps, did not realise the device on the wall had to be removed and then used like a TV remote in order to operate the heat pump. Consequently, as the temperature outside plummeted to minus three degrees, I had a very cold night without heating. I think their instructions need to be edited for ignoramuses like me.

The location was good. The room was very clean. Staff were very helpful.

The towel rail no longer works in the bathroom.

Lovely staff, very welcoming and helpful. Easy walking distance into town/restaurants/cafes etc. The room had stunning views over the lake to the mountains. It is quieter (out at the front of the hotel) now the new road has been completed which is a bonus. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom a good size. Will definitely return again.

There was a weird hot/cold water tap and no sink in the room. It was very awkward to fill a water bottle but ok for a cup of tea.

Lots of parking and a good location close to town and a restaurant onsite.
