We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

NetherlandsSome small points/minor things: There could have been more clothes hangers to hang on your clothes and towels in the room. In our room there was online a 'big' light. I would have liked a soft night light aswell. The public area is great but can use a little bit of finetuning. Some of the chairs where a little bit wobbly on their feet.
Great location, Central in Ohakune. Close to shops/food/restaurants. They do have their own restaurant and spa for some relaxation. Clean bathrooms

United KingdomThe location of my room was by the main road and it was noisy lorrys going past all night so was noisy.. the 1st shower I went to use was stone cold and wouldn't warm up but used the other end by window and this was hot enough
Location is perfect for the tongario national park and you have a lovely view of the mountain from here.. the also offer a food menu which was just up my street but I had already brought my tea before I got there so was gutted not to try the food out.. they also offer spa treatments if needed didn't try out as not there long enough

We booked last minute in transit and the price was excellent. The room was clean with good linen and queen bunk beds which suited our numbers . Fine for us for a one night stay travelling . The bathroom was shared , clean ,good shower and no one else using at the dame time . There was a private spa for a small additional cost which was clean in pleasant surroundings. Would be a great winter season choice . Staff were very helpful with entry issues out of hours .

New ZealandThe main thing was the pool table. It's unusable due to a large tear in the felt. There is no clothes hanging space in the units, no t towel and no bin in the kitchen/living area. Also they had stopped doing breakfast but still advertised on the website. Minor things. I booked a massage on line but on the day it turned out that it wasn't booked and that they were actually fully booked. However they did manage to get us in somehow and it was great. I chose this place because it advertised everything I wanted but the pool table was disappointing. I just didn't quite feel that it was worth $200 a night
The self contained unit is was nice and warm when we got there. It was comfortable for 2 nights. The private BBQ was great and the hot tub and massage were awesome.

We had booked a cabin and a room both were really tidy, clean and nice t ol stay in.We used the shared kitchen/living space alot, we could all meet here and eat together which was really nice. The spa aand sauna were very popular after a day on the snow. Would stay again and next time hope to utilise the on-site spa treatments.

New ZealandThere was rarely anyone at reception (only there twice in the 6-8 times I went) and nobody came when the bell was rung. Water pressure was very average. We booked the spa and sauna and were told to come to reception before going in....but there was noone there. And the sauna hadn't even been turned on. It was an expensive half an hour. Every time we went into the communal area there were dirty dishes left in the sink. It would've been really useful to have some lights next to the double bed.
Great location! Rooms were clean, really nice sheets and towels. With the heat pump there we were warm, even though its only single glazing. Availability of a spa and sauna was great.
