Only a very small thing was the noisy fan in the bathroom.

Loved the furnishings and cosy feel, the location was great and happy hour with snacks was a bonus.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were super helpful. Rooms were super cozy and warm. So many great extras, including snacks and drinks, coffee and sweets! We were doing the Routeburn, returning to the hotel after and the staff held our extra bags while we were away. Was great coming back to the bags in the rooms, complimentary wine and a cute card! Thanks so much for having us. We would stay again :)

For some reason, I was sent all the emails leading up to our stay and then they sent the door code to my husband's email. We arrived late off the Milford Track and my husbands phone was dead, mine was almost dead and it took some time standing in the cold to get hold of someone who could give us the code to the door. Not sure why they used my husband's email addresses as I was the one who made the booking.

The location was great, short walk to the city center. The room was wonderful and the lounge area provided a welcoming, warm, comfortable feeling.

Amazing service and the most looked after I think I've felt in a hotel ever. We were hiking so out of reception and returned later than expected due to weather. When we got back, we found our card had failed. Instead of kicking us to the curb and leaving us without a place to stay, they arranged for a self check in situation where we could square up payment in the morning, and went out of their way to provide a bottle of wine and extra snacks to make up for the fact we missed the free happy hour. I'm totally blown away and grateful to the team.

Breakfast was a disappointment- we paid extra and it was pretty limited, no fresh orange juice, no sliced fruit, limited healthy cereal, bread uninspiring etc - a shame as rest of stay excellent

Beautiful room with a sun filled balcony. Loved the beautiful teacups and the complimentary happy hour with nibbles and wine was an unexpected bonus. Brilliant location. Car parking was provided and staff were lovely. Hot tub fun at night!

Nothing! Well maybe stock NZ beers instead of imported .. but that’s our only suggestion!

We loved the location just above the shopping precinct with lovely views to the mountains - it was so quiet but only a few steps down the hill the restaurants and waterfront , or up the hill to the gondola. The happy hour was so much fun - we got to meet other guests and pick up hints for where to go .

The breakfast was mediocre for a hotel of this quality. The coffee was particularly average.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and in a good location within easy walking distance to the centre of town. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was very limited hotel parking, though we did grab one!

A clean, comfortable boutique hotel, with a very welcoming receptionist. There were complimentary drinks in the fridge and at happy hour 5-6pm. A quiet location near the town centre.

It’s definitely not the most economical option in Queenstown, although we were happy to pay for a more luxurious experience. There are only 4 parking spaces on property so while we were lucky to grab one for our entire stay, had we not (they are first come first served), it would have added a lot of extra cost to park in a paid lot for several days.

Excellent location just steps from the cable car and the main streets. Beautifully decorated and comfortable and the free happy hour and minibar was such a nice touch. The staff was super accommodating with allowing us to leave our car onsite and letting us check in early.

Great location, very comfortable hotel. Lounge area, with a happy hour from 5 to 6pm., so we got to meet and chat with other guests - great idea. The Bespoke Kitchen is next door, so if you need something more than the hotel's continental breakfast, you just pop across the road. Lovely hotel to stay in, we left to stay in Glenorchy for 2 days, and the hotel stored our big cases til we returned for another night. Perfect service.

Some of the rooms are essentially almost directly on the street. But to be fair there was little noise from passing foot traffic.

Excellent location, very close to centre of town. Daily complimentary happy hour as well as complimentary snacks and soft drinks at all other times was a treat.
