We had to change rooms because there was a bug on the pillowcase. I didn’t like the sliding door on the bathroom. I prefer a door that closes all the way.

Breakfast was quite bad. All of the food choices (apart from banana and oatmeal) were very unhealthy and low quality. There wasn’t a single vegetable. The stuff constantly run out and it takes quite some time to ask staff to top it up. Only plastic cutlery and paper plates are available. I stayed in quite a few Hamptons and it is very far from Hampton standards (at least in Europe, not sure about the US).

The bed was big and very comfortable, the room was super clean and the cleaning lady (Adriana) was very friendly and nice. The rest of the staff were nice too. The location is quite good, close to metro and the street is quite quiet. The gym was also very clean. Not very big but enough to exercise on holidays. Very comfortable stay overall

It’s hard to find anything we didn’t like

Property is ideally located for Grand Central station, a very quiet location on 43rd st east, it was very clean, rooms were ample, bed was very comfortable after a days walking, good selection at breakfast and tea and coffee available 24hr . Staff were always polite and willing to help

Breakfast often ran out. Our last morning there, the only thing out at 9:25 was bananas and cereal. Coffee, hot breakfast and pastries were all out.

Disappointing stay . The room was cramped, and the building felt dated, like stepping back into 1960, especially with the outdated heating and electronics. The reception staff's service left much to be desired, and the complimentary breakfast was underwhelming. Not up to the expected standard for modern accommodations.

Stayed at Hampton and was impressed by its excellent central location. Everything from local attractions to dining options was easily accessible, greatly enhancing the convenience of my visit. The hotel itself offered a comfortable experience, although it could benefit from some updates. Overall, a good choice for travelers who prioritize location and ease of access.

The room was very small and almost too small for two people. The views in our room, even being on a very high floor, were not great. The lobby was very small with very little seating when trying to wait for a taxi.

The breakfast was free and had great options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was right next to grand central station for good transportation and there were restaurants nearby.

Marathon morning was tough having to wait in line and be handed food. I know it was early so that is not an issue, but that took longer than expected.

Room was very comfortable and breakfast was quite good. Location around many food options was perfect.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast, adequate. All the staff were cordial and helpful. That was not my first stay in this hotel; its location was most appropriate for the purpose of my travel. Based on my experience I recommend this hotel.
