There is not a lot of parking and there is a distance to bring our luggage from the parking lot to the room.

The heater could have been turned on in the room before our arrival, as it was really cold. The light above the bathroom sink was not working.

You could not find a better location, close to the city centre and all the attractions that Christchurch has to offer. The manager was extremely helpful, pointing us in the right direction for the sights. The rooms were spotless, well appointed, plenty of kitchen utensils. Can't fault it.

Perfect location next to the convention center. Cozy room, just what we needed. Very clean. We arrived before check in and they let us park in their carpark which was great as it is very hard to get a park in the city.

We loved this spot! Incredibly helpful staff with great local tips. Very responsive to requests. Clean and room has everything needed. Walking distance to attractions (depending how far you like to walk!)

The Grange is our "go to" place in Christchurch. Has off street parking and you are able to walk in to the city and to the numerous restaurants in the area. Also close to the gardens and Arts Centre.

There must have been a slight leak from the cistern into the toilet as occasionally we heard the cistern topping up during the night. Easily rectified by closing the bathroom door. There was also some condensation on the doors in the morning. But didn't feel damp in the room.

Walking distance to town, very clean and tidy, a great shower and bathroom. A nice courtyard out the front. The host were very welcoming.

Have stayed at this property a few times, and is ideally placed for all activities in central Christchurch. Lovely rooms walking distance to shopping area, Hagley park botanic gardens, and the hospital. A hidden gem with nice staff and competitive prices.

Not much it was all good.

This motel is probably no more than a 10min stroll from the centre of town, good places to eat close. The room was also comfortable.

The parking on the premises is quite limited and can be tight when a lot of people are driving big cars/suv/4wd these days. So be sure to not too block the entrances when you park your car.

We have stayed here numerous times when we travel through Christchurch and will continue to do that when we return. Great space, super comfy big bed, nice and quiet and convenient to town centre and Town Hall for shows. Staff are always friendly.

Rooms were very nice and comfy! The staff were very accomodating! Excellent location in central city ! Close to botanical gardens, arts centre and shops ! We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer! Very quiet for inner city accomodation!!

There wasn't enough parking so the last to arrive blocked the exit. We had planned an early departure in the morning and luckily were able to get out but several cars would have been blocked by these inconsiderate people.

Poor exhaust in bathroom, which after showering left the bathroom floor wet and slippery. Everything else in the bathroom, wet, damp, or all fogged up.

Super comfy, big bed. Proximity to Town Hall for a concert we were attending, just a 5 min flat walk. Large bathroom and shower.
