This accomodation was absolutely stunning, the views were incredible and only 8 minutes from the city centre with free shuttles on the hour so that was super convenient. The rooms themselves were beautiful, we were upgraded for free on arrival and our room was lovely and had the best view as well as heated tiles and towel rack just little things that made it even more amazing. Also the staff had great customer service and everyone was super friendly.

I think you need nespresso’s. the coffee wasn’t much chop. The rooms were a bit bland in the styling, nothing plush, noted the cushions were very thin, so it all lacked that luxury feel. we tried to use the transfer but it was full. maybe u need to tell people they need to book well in advance to get the shuttle option in to town.

Fab view, spacious room, comfortable bed, gorgeous fire place. liked the entrance n bar area. we elected not to go the restaurant as their was a group going in and it would’ve been noisy but the food n ambiance otherwise would’ve been a winner I’m sure

Great location as near to town but far enough out to be quiet. Lovely set up with 2 bedrooms so we could mingle and have our own space.

We thought that the main bedroom was a little small. There was clever use of the large sliding doors to give light and breadth to the space but our bags and clothing were accessed and much of our clothing/shoes stored in the lounge area and on the desk. This was fine as there were only two of us but may have been more problematic and cluttered if we had come as a family.

The view was superb and the kitchen was very well appointed. We did make use of this! Location is central but we thought next time we might choose to stay closer (walking home) to Queenstown. Warmth of apartment was good and fireplace lovely. The shuttle was great but one night at dinner the restaurant was running very late and we did hurry to ensure we made the last shuttle at 10.15pm. If the shuttle service could be pushed to 11.15pm as the last run it might change our mind to not have to stay closer to Queenstown. The bar area was lovely and one night we had room service and the food was superb. The apartment was very clean and provided a great space to relax on a comfy lounge at the end of the day and watch the sunset over the lake.

Restaurant service wasn’t as good as I expected (possibly short staffed). Would have expected complimentary bottled water to be provided in rooms given Queenstown was under a boil water notice at the time of our stay.

The property had stunning views over the Remarkables mountain range. Apartments had a very nice kitchen and lounge area. Restaurant food was tasty.

Nothing we didn’t like. Location wise it is a 40 min walk however the hotel provide a shuttle bus which is perfect if you don’t want to drive into town.

The water bottles for $10 each were a joke. Even if you could refill this was a let down.

The views from the room were exceptional. As was the hourly shuttle into town.

The location of the hotel is kind of far from the city center but they offer free transfers

The views from 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent facilities everything we needed for a wonderful stay in QT. Also 2 couples in 2 bed apartment still plenty of privacy as it's quite large. Very friendly & super efficient cleaning staff. Well done ✔️

I like the property when I arrive for checking in and I even more like it when I open the door of the unit. I got the room at level 7 where the view is facing the lake. The view is superb

For $400+ p/night I expected a lot more luxury other than the view of the lake. This was no different to any other hotel we’ve stayed in for this trip & they were all half the price. Our room was just as standard as every other, we we’re both very disappointed after the price I had paid.

Location was close enough to the central & a shuttle was offered hourly which was great.

The restaurant was overpriced especially considering the very small portion sizes. Very limited menu and the service was far below what we would have expected from a five star hotel. We opted for the cheese instead of dessert and it was very disappointing and boring. I was hoping for something really special and looking forward to sampling some of NZ's finest cheeses. Again, portion size woefully small. There are much better dining options in town - take the hotel shuttle.

We had a mountain view room which sort of overlooked the roofs of the opposite rooms. So you are not looking directly only at mountains, but the view is still great. Lovely big towels in the bathroom. Excellent soundless heating - no noisy air conditioner! The bed was super comfy. The hotel provides a shuttle service into town (about fifteen minutes depending on the traffic) which is very handy because even if you have a car, parking is almost impossible. The shuttle bus makes it easy to get into town and back. The hotel itself has a luxury feel to it. The reception staff are excellent. There is a lovely area to sit on the4 reception level and have a drink overlooking the lake and mountains.

No matter what you did… the shower leaked water all over the bathroom.
