Lounge can be quite loud when a few guests decide to watch a movie on the projector. Rooms feel a bit grim and no curtain - so basic but not provided. Kitchen seemed perpetually dirty. Hobs often don’t work, and only one dirty crusty old worn out oven.

No elevators so if you're handicapped, it's hard to go upstairs

The accommodation was right in the city and it was easy to access nearby restaurants, bars and hotels. Its also not far from the river and children's playground and swings.

The room was a little small, but did the job for a couple of nights. Soap and toilet paper were rarely replenished (at least in the communal toilets we used).

Handy location to get to the city centre. Free luggage storage was really helpful.

The kitchen facilities need updating (not enough cooktops, and the oven is old and outdated). Also be weary that there's no lift to the second floor if you have heavy luggage. Had to park 5-10 minutes walk away (staff are helpful and provide suggestions for non-metered parking), but there is a 10 minute zone out front where you can unload your luggage.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were clean enough. The lounge area is quite comfortable with plenty of tables and powerpoints.

Very polite staff....gave me a bottom bunk when he noticed that i was an old lady...74yrs old. He said he had given me bunk no 2 which was a top bunk. Very kind and thoughtful

Great Location next to New Regent St, which has a range of cafés, restaurants and city tram. There's a bus stop just outside the building, which is convenient to transfer to airport, train station and supermarkets.

Very thin walls, personnel was not so friendly and rather treats you as a number, check in only as from 2 pm and not one minute earlier. Hostel was a bit too big and not enough atmosphere for me. I stayed there for only one night but was enough.

Right behind Regent Street with restaurants, very big hostel, lots of showers, big kitchen.

Let bit pricey, but given location and nice faciilties worth the extra money.

Helpful staff, well managed, room was clean, linens were clean, bathrooms and communal areas clean, kitchen clean and well maintained. Outstanding location in center of city, within walking distance of almost everything.

Can't say much, besides the bin for sanitary pads should be emptied more often. Would've loved more things to happen in the evening to connect better with people

It was a decent hostel, very big, therefore a bit anonymous, you either like it or not. It was clean, plugs right next to the bed, enough toilets and showers. Clean kitchen with good equipment.

bathrooms had to be shared which cold potentially cause ques. Also walls are thin and can hear people talking. No elevator so had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs which is not good if you are carrying heavy luggage.

Good to meet and socialise with people all over the world and they had some fun board games to play as well as pool tables, darts, and other social events. Room was ok size and had some lockers to store items in. Close distance to city center.

Good deal for the price

The location is great within walking distance of downtown and next to a bus station to the airport. Our room was large enough and the shares facilities are kept clean.
