We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandNo windows to open for fresh air in our room. Only option would be to leave the patio door open. The ensuite was a little pokey but adequate. Not enough car parking available, but the property is limited in this respect due to its location in Warkworth.
Quiet location within the town and a lovely double room with access to the deck outside and table and chairs. Guest kitchen and lounge room exceptional. Presume this was a lovely old home renovated for its use as a lodge? Tea/coffee biscuits available within our room as well as in the shared large guest kitchen which has full facilities. Pool and spa pool looked very inviting but we weren't there long enough to try it all out. Outdoor areas well maintained with barbeque and outdoor tables.

New ZealandIn the room for two, the double bed was comfortable however the sofa bed had not been set up and this was not easy to do given the very heavy coffee table that had to be moved first. The sofa bed was not comfortable, maybe okay for a young person.
The upstairs room with double bed, two singles and a sofa bed was a very nice area and suitable for the kids. Has a nice character like a little house. The downstairs room for two was clean and the kitchen well appointed, easy access. The communal areas and pool look attractive.

The staff member that greeted us was wonderful. She had a lovely manner, friendly and explained everything including showing us where all the facilities were.

The Pool!!! The reason for the stay was 100% for the pool. I needed a good weekend away with lots of swimming. I also love that we were left alone to do our own thing. 10/10
