Beautiful resort and location my kids and I loved the pool. Food at the restaurant was nice and the service from the receptionist was super! Thank you for your hospitality will definitely return again highly recommend

Upstairs was very hot as no a/c. Only 2 fans which blew around the hot air. Only 1 bathroom upstairs which included the toilet. No bathroom downstairs. The stairs were very steep so we were all very cautious going up and down.

The spa was warm but not hot and so our expectations were only mildly crushed but it in no way hampered our experience and we met other lovely tenets in there and so it can be a nice social meeting place too.

This place was amazing! Despite it being fully occupied it was so peaceful you felt like hardly anyone else was there and it did not feel crowded at all. The canal was wonderful for a morning swim and drifting on the current to the boat ramp before heading to the pool which opens at 8am. The current is mild and calmly pushes you along but look before you leap as the edges are rocky. The pool was very well maintained and clean. Access to what feels like a private lake is on the property and so I recommend walking the premises to plan your swimming spots. You won't be disappointed if you love the water. Next time I would bring our boogie boards to ride the current and a raft or stand up board. My family enjoyed the restaurant for a night. The rooms were quiet and oh so comfortable. The kitchen facilities had everything. And all the staff were soooo nice!!

The canal was full of weeds fouling our prop multiple times. Perhaps if people are staying woth boats some information could be providing about how to best navigate the canal or other such local boating tips.

Gym had some good equipment, but completely not functional to have a squat rack right up against the wall. Super hot in gym, so a few changes to the gym and this place is perfection.

Absolutely stunning location, on the lake with beautiful black swans. Huge apartment, with so much space!! Beautiful staff at the Reception, and very warm pool.

Gym would've been better if it had air conditioning was a bit too hot to use during summer. Upstairs rooms did not have a heat pump so a bit hard to sleep when it is hot even with windows open.

Loved the area and the ambience of the location. Facilities were great with the pool and the spa. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms upstairs are very hot during summer so hard to sleep without a fan to help keep cool. Asked reception for a fan and the staff gave us one within only a couple of hours.

There were a few little things - the light comes quite bright in the main bedroom in the morning (blinds). The queen bed was very firm (not a fan myself) and the back patio could do with an umbrella - very hot and sunny in the mornings when you sit out and have coffee.

Everything was wonderful! Just far enough out of Rotorua to not have the smell and bustle, but close enough to travel in and out. Shops close by - food and groceries. Great apartments with everything you could need. Great quality products and amenities. Lovley charming atmosphere with lots of resident bird life...including ducks that come to greet you. We really enjoyed our stay and found it easily to relax and enjoy our time in Rotorua. We actually would have loved to have stayed longer.

Property is on the other side of Lake Rotorua to the city centre, but we felt it was a great location. Only 10 to 15 minutes drive to town and isolated from town, it’s tranquil and quiet. Our villa was on the canal so every day there were ducks and swans outside swimming outside or back door. The kids loved it. Room facilites were good-nice warm rooms, modern kitchen , air-conditioning and stand fan included, decent bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Clean sheets and towels. It is highly recommended to get some groceries before checking in for cooking during the stay as the restaurant opening hours is irregular as it's privately owned. Would definitely recommend this place to any visitors to Rotorua.
