Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

There was always a line to speak to someone at the front desk (could barely get through on the phone” don’t know why they would only have 2-3 ppl work at the front with such a big hotel ! Was thinking they were more than one restaurant, the mall seems to be closing down? I choose this hotel because it was supposed to have a “mall” connected and it had a spa and both options were not available

this was hard rock hotel panama but pandemic caused the hard rock ownership to leave.....facilities were beyond expectation, room was large, clean and well designed. there is an outlet mall across the street that is mostly abandoned, but were a few stores including a supermarket where we could buy what we needed. Would definately recommend and we will stay there on our next trip to Panama City.

CanadaThe hotel has a 62nd story bar and terrace that was closed so that was a bit disappointing but we still managed to go to the JW Marriot 66th floor bar terrace. Also, the outlet Megapolis Mall attached to the hotel was virtually a ghost town with many stores closed down so that was unfortunate. The hotel was massive and still felt empty in the bar and restaurant areas which would have been fun to meet people. Nevertheless, the pool deck and bar was always busy and had a big dance party on Sunday afternoon which was so much fun!
Loved our Family Suite with two separate bedrooms and a living room/kitchenette in-between as well as the fantastic views from the main bedroom. The hotel pool and area was amazing with incredible views of Panama City in all directions. The location was central and easily accessible to transportation. There was a fantastic buffet breakfast each morning with lots of options.

JamaicaThe fact that we left our room in the mornings and came back 4:30 to 5:00 n our room wasn't cleaned for for three day straight we were so upset imagine coming back to rest after long day and at that time of the evening your room is not cleaned and after complaining that's when they wanted to come n clean it.
The view n the space of the bathroom love it n the room as well.

BrazilFor whatever reason most of the nice features of the hotel are not working, including several restaurants and bars. Also, the remote control of our TV was not working, and even after requesting replacement multiple times, the solution never came. Late in the night, when I personally walked to the front desk to understand why nobody provided a solution, they offered me to change the room in the next day, which was quite inconvenient after spending the whole day waiting. FInally, the service at the swiming pool is terrible.
The hotel is impressive and very well located.

JamaicaHousecleaning was a sore point, there were days when the place was cleaned and the towels weren’t changed or the old ones were removed but not replaced. This resulted in us not having any towels to use and we had to call to get it addressed. Another time, we came back and found a dirty piece of cloth on the iron board and again we had to call.
The location was central and convenient. The food was also good.

Belgium- room not very clean. There is much room for improvement - towels were removed upon request but often not replaced by new ones, so had to go to reception to ask as phone was not working. Luckily staff at reception were helpful and sorted it out immediately - bed very basic and not the most comfortable one - hotel is a bit outdated and many floors are just not used, e.g. bar area on 62nd floor. During the week the hotel looks abandoned which is strange for such a massive hotel

Norway- there are no electrical sockets near the bed. Only the socket near the bathroom worked. - at the time of my arrival (around 18:00 o'clock) there were 4 receptionists, but only 3 of them engaged with the incoming tourists. The male receptionist I was waiting for in order to check in was extremely slow, not efficient and not poliet ,I may say. It took him 20 minutes to check in the guest in front of me. His question and attitude did not qualify him to work for a 5-star hotel. All the other staff I met did not fit a 5-star hotel. Except for the girls who worked in the restaurant, which were very ok.
Nice view from the high floor room. Acces to to roof. They organised a little party up there for the guests. Breakfast was good.
