Sometimes a bit loud at night because of a local bar right in front of the hostel, but I think you can't avoid it if you stay in ther center of bocas town. :)

Very nice and cozy hostel right in the center of bocas town, all you need is in a 1 minute walk around. Friendly welcome even that we arrived very late (10 p.m., unusual time to arrive on Isla Colón). The kitchen ist well equipped, rooms are clean, and big enough.

Hansi is the best place to go if you want a cosy stay in Bocas del Toro ! Their rooms are clean and comfortable, everything is made of wood which brings a lovely atmosphere. The bathroom are clean and they have a full equiped kitchen. People working there are really nice and helpful. Defenitly recomend it :)

The staff was very friendly and they even let us leave our luggage after de check out so we could go to the beach for one last time. The beds were comfortable and even though it doesnt has A/C the fans did a good job. The location is perfect and is near everything.

We had a cozy double room on the first floor, which was well equipped with everything you need, nice warm shower with enough pressure (unlike other places). Shared kitchen also well equipped, every room has their space in the fridge, kitchen the cleanest we‘ve seen so far. Entire hostel and room very clean, best we‘ve had. Perfect location close to boat taxi/excursions, supermarket and restaurants, and surprisingly quiet for the central location. Would definitely stay here again.

Location: Town location, stores and restaurants in walking distance. Noise: Private room with balcony. Bar across the street from my room (other rooms at the back of property), but it was okay- local music not duff duff. Problem was truck drivers use that side street for lay up and leave their engines running for ages, one night a refrigerated truck left engine running all night-very annoying, but not every night. Light: Lot of outside light, had to cover windows with towels. Mattress: Too soft for me! Other: Weak ceiling fan for this baking room, had to buy a little standing fan for $15, if youre lucky its still there. Room cooled by about midnight. Nice manager.

There was nothing wrong with the hostel, but the area around the hotel can get somewhat noisy at night just because it is in Bocas Town, so keep that in mind.

The location was right in town near all of the restaurants and water taxis! And although the hostel was near night life, there was no partying at the hostel and it was quiet at night, which was awesome! They clean your room every day and give you fresh towels. And the kitchen was very clean. Felt more like a hotel than a hostel!
