Very slow service in the restaurant sometimes

This property is so cute! I love boutique hotels that have character. I didn't want to stay in a chain hotel that I can do anywhere. This hotel looks like a cute house. The ambiance is adorable the staff was so sweet and the restaurant was great. They noticed my birth date on my passport and surprised me in the morning with a treat!

The room allocated to us was smaller than picture though we had to pay extra for early check in which was advised earlier anyway.

The hotel service and staff were excellent, breakfast was fantastic and wide variety.

Staff is dedicated to help. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. There many small things which are above expectations. As of today, it's my favorite place in Miraflores.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Always a kind greeting and a smiling face. I loved the outdoor garden terrace. The beautiful tree was decorated for Christmas and it was so pretty! We had several family breakfast gatherings sitting outside enjoying the lovely space.

We loved our stay at Hotel Antigua Miraflores! Everything was first-rate, starting with the driver (Jose) that the hotel sent to pick us up at the airport, and the warm welcome we received at check-in (Angela, perhaps?). We had an exhausting day of travel (truly planes, trains and automobiles) to get from Machu Picchu to Lima, and it felt great to enjoy a light dinner at the excellent restaurant and then crash in the very comfortable beds. Breakfast is included and was great -- wide variety of foods for all tastes, and all of it was excellent. Service was great, and the hotel is gorgeous, immaculate, and in a perfect location -- what more could you want?

The location was very nice, in Miraflores district, in walk in distance to all the places you would want to visit in the district. It was very easy to get to from the airport and easy to use the public transport to get to city center. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

I can't say enough good things about how great the staff was. we were traveling all around Peru, so the hotel was stayed at multiple times within the trip. the staff kept gear for us locked up safely while we left and then returned a week later. the front desk and wait staff were great.

Loud tourist groups checking in, nobody from the staff told them to hush because they were guests sleeping at 2am! The staff should handle noise so that existing guests are not disturbed. Also, the fire alarm went off at night waking us up at 3am

The fountain could be a little bit loud at some times of the day, but it offers a great view.

It’s like a colonial building, but renovated. I liked the front patio, great place to have breakfast, drinks or hang out. The architecture is unique and the rooms are comfortable. There are many antiques around the property quite interesting. There is a bistro in the hotel which is very convenient.

Room was lovely although a bit of a strange shape so a bit hard to place two large suitcases. Breakfast was great. The staff were really helpful cos of our special dietary needs. It was nice to be able to smoke on a bench in the pretty garden - the staff even brought me an ashtray. The room had an aircon / heater meaning we could adjust as needed. They organised a pickup from airport which is great when you have no idea where you are or which of the other taxi drivers you can trust.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very easy to communicate with them though messaging especially when my previous airport ride fell through. They were able to arrange a ride for me quickly. We booked at extra night since our arrival time was 5:30 AM, so check-in was easy and seamless. The room was as pictured, well decorated and extremely spacious. The breakfast was also tasty and filling. Nice happy hour specials at the bar. We used the Jacuzzi in the room on the last morning and loved that they provided bath bubbles to enhance the experience. Very easy to walk down to the malecon and other sites like Kennedy Park and Huaca Pucllana. Highly, highly recommend.

Our room could get very hot during the day (on a sunny) day. But opening the windows and door immediately allowed air circulation and helped cool down the room.

Really like the decor of the room and the entire hotel, very antique and elegant. It is close to many restaurants and close to the Oceanside. The shower was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good, the fresh juice was wonderful. The food ordered from the restaurant downstairs was also very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent fresh fruit and juice for breakfast but coffee dreadful and cereal limited.

An attractive, well-situated hotel with considerable character. We liked the outside area at the front for evening drinks and meals. Staff were very courteous and also very helpful. We thought the art on the walls was very interesting and attractive and the neighbourhood contained some interesting places for coffee etc. Also, quiet at night.
