Didn’t like my room is was quite dark and depressive, no natural light in it. There’s no spa and the bar times is bad, would be nice to be able to have a coffee at afternoon without having to wait for the restaurant to open for dinner.

The location is good, just 5 min from the main plaza. The common spaces are beautiful. The staff is nice and very helpful.

The bar was sort of open, the poor bartender had limited english and some trouble making our rum and cokes - we thought he’d gone to the caribbean for the rum 😂.

Great location with quiet charm. The room was comfortable although we had a fair amount if difficulties with the air con. The bathroom was amazing! Lovely breakfast and they also provided a take away breakfast for our ling day trip. Wish we could have profited more

The wifi coverage in the room was very poor.It was better on the first floor, but never excellent.I had to go to nearby cafes for better coverage. It may be because the walls of this beautiful, restored historic building are at least a foot thick of sold rock or brick. Breakfast staff was consistently friendly, and eager to help each morning of my 7 (4+3) days I stayed in the hotel. However the menu was lacking for vegetarians. It is shameful to see cheap ,stale American cornflakes in Peru ,a country that produces a wide variety of nutritious grains. Local markets were full of different nuts and seeds and nut butters, etc. Why not offer Peru's finest?

Very gracious ,professional staff. Bed was very comfortable.High quality sheets and pillows.Modern ,designer -type bathroom. Two water bottles delivered to room each day, which was appreciated. Wonderful front desk staff.Rooms were large, and cleaned well. Location was the best-1 minute to the main square, yet hotel was quiet.

Returned to the hotel after a tour in the local area, and were even happier with the experience the second time. The staff are warm and friendly; the food excellent. The hotel arranged covid testing for our return trip to the US, arranged a special dinner for us on our return evening, and helped ensure our transfer to the airport was timely and easy. Sorry to have to leave to go home.

Seemed to be short-handed sometimes but always excellent service. I think they are transitioning to ramping up with full reopening of Machu Picchu and growth in tourism. Taxi drivers got lost getting there or didn’t know the hotel. Request hotel map from front desk and show it to taxi drivers.

    The location and the value.

    Everything was great!

This hotel is a great option to stay in Cusco. It has an excellent location, basically next to the Plaza de Armas (3 min walking), in a quite street with many museums, stores and restaurants nearby. The size of the room was good, with an adequate distribution. The decoration of the hotel is very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Temperature was always good. Hot water was always available. All basic amenities were available in the room. Wifi connection was available and excellent. The staff was attentive, nice and professional.

However, our bathtub was terrible. There was some red dirty things coming out after filling up with water and shower gel. Failure experience, especially when the little kids took bath there.

We would glad that our room was updated.

The hotel is too pricey for what it offers in my opinion. I feel like a hotel that’s this pricey should at least have windows looking outside for natural light. Our room had one window facing the corridor, which means you have no privacy if you choose to open the curtains. There was a constant subtle noise in our room which kept us up the entire night. The pillows were too firm for my preference but this could be a personal thing. Lastly, the breakfast was weaker than I expected from a hotel like this.

The hotel is located in a great location, in the heart of Cusco close to the Plaza de Armas, but conveniently far for quietness. The hotel staff was incredibly professional, helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious and well decorated.

Let's start with the fact that there are no windows in the rooms (this is not said anywhere), or rather they are, but they go out onto the corridor. The air conditioner does not turn on for cooling, only for ventilation. There is no private parking, or rather, they will show you where to park your car, but you will pay for parking separately. The breakfasts are very weak, they clearly do not pull 5 stars, and 4 stars too (the range is very meager, so they will put you on a plate under the strict supervision of the staff). In general, it is definitely not worth the money. A separate complaint to the staff, who in the evening began to run after us (we had already checked in and stayed, the hotel had already written off part of the amount) and say that it is necessary to pay the remaining amount for accommodation ... where has this been seen ... In general, it's very bad, I don't understand why the hotel has such a high rating.

A beautiful old building, a beautiful interior inside, a good bathroom, that's probably all.
