The location just off a main Miraflores road is perfect. As is the location being at the end of a no thru road means it is quiet. The rooms are spacious with well maintained facilities. The breakfast is good and direct personal service based on a variety of options. The staff at the 24hr front door are helpful. The hotel has become our place to stay in Lima. This is our second visit with more booked ahead.

The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet dead-end street and is close to parks, shops, restaurants and transportation. The room was very large, clean and had a great bed. Though nothing fancy, the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The wi-fi was good and the TV remotes actually worked. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

There was nothing I did not like

The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were more than helpful and able to help us communicate in both English and Spanish. They went above and beyond and also helped coordinate transportation both from the airport and even to our next hotel!

This was an extremely convenient location. Our room was very large and had a kitchenette. It was a little chilly on occasion, but the staff loaned us a small portable heater.

Minor stuff, really. There wasn't a power plug next to the bed. The heater mode on the air conditioner wasn't working - but it didn't bother me much so I didn't even try to reach out to the hotel staff to try and solve this.

Very spacious room with new kitchen appliances. Huge bed, comfy sheets. The bathroom was very clean, the shower has strong pressure and hot water. The breakfast had just enough to keep me happy, it's not luxurious but everything seemed fresh and it included fruits, bread, yogurt, coffee, cereal, etc, so it really was an honest breakfast. the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect being at the end of a cul-de-sac - no thru traffic. The area is quiet but close to a Miraflores main road, parks and cafes. The breakfasts are exceptional. The staff are on desk 24/7 and met all our requests. The wifi worked well. It was a bit cool at night and we were given two radiators which worked well. The aircon appears to cool only.

There was not hot water last time and had an appointment and couldn't shower. It was fixed when I came back later in the evening. Hopefully that won't happen again in the future.

Nothing really! In selfish requests it would be nice if they have ice available. This is a great hotel in a great location. oh wait the night club at the end of the street can be a bit loud at night

As we were in Lima in the middle of Peruvian winter I would expect better heating system. There is an AC in the room, but it doesn’t really work properly.

The price for on-site laundry was exorbitant, but the staff was helpful at least in pointing me to the public laundry. The price overall was decent, but if you want more security and more of a chain hotel feel, you could do that for the same price. I also would have preferred a room with a bathtub.

I liked that there was a hot breakfast every day (wish there were more choices though). Wifi worked. Hot water worked, though you had to wait. Excellent location in Miraflores- very easy to walk to cafes, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Staff was very friendly and also bilingual. The room is a very good size. There is an off-site laundry location within very close walking distance as well.

We left early in the morning and asked for a breakfast to go, but only received a juice, some biscuits and a fruit. A sandwich or something filling would have been nice.

pretty minor stuff: no coffee for coffee machine; the furniture looked a little dated; only a few outlets.

location in very quiet cul de sac in the heart of miraflores near two excellent cafes, bakery and a bunch of restaurants. elevator. shower. safe. staff were very nice and helpful. apartment and kitchen furnishings and microwave. easily would stay there again.

The room was getting colder during the night and there was no heating (we’ve been there during winter and Lima is very humid). This is not something the hotel can easily fix though. From their side, everything was well.

Great location, in a very safe neighbourhood, very close to Miraflores parks and a lot of restaurants. Also, the street it’s located on is a dead-end one, and this makes the hotel very quiet. Staff was very very helpful (they helped us with some lost luggage issues at all times of the day and night).
