Large, comfortable apartment in a pleasant hotel. Staff were helpful and excellent location. The pool on the roof was wonderful on a hot day.

The shower is hot, which is nice, but there is no temperature control. So you will take a hot shower whether you want it or not haha. Not necessarily a bad thing but something we noticed

Good location in a quiet street and safe neighborhood. Friendly staff ready to assist with every question we had (they speak English as well). The apartment was lovely, very big and fully equipped. There is airconditioning, a fan and also a heater. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great. It’s not big, but big enough for two people to chill in and there are two sunbeds. We loved our stay here, we have been traveling for a while and this was the perfect place to take it easy. We even stayed inside the apartment a whole day just chilling, something we normally wouldn’t do! Great value for money.

The pillows are too big (high). It's not possible to sleep on them. So better take your own pillow with you if you can

It's the best place to stay in Barranco and Miraflores. The personal is very friendly and the rooms are big and clean. And this is the most quiet place in central Lima. If you're looking for a place in Lima where you can sleep and have rest with a guarantee then you're lucky if you get a reservation in that hotel. Inside the hotel there are lots of natural plants and flowers. It looks fantastic 😍😊

The pool opening hours are a disappointment. They plastered the pool all over their page but in reality it can only be used 10:00-17:00, kind of pointless as most people will be out and about. It's really small, too.

The appartment was spacious og very clean. The bed is great and you had everything you needed. The staff was very helpful and polite. The location is excellent, this hotel in Barranco is also very near Miraflores and everything is in walking distance. It´s also easy to get to the center of the city by taxti og buses. An we used Uber all the time, and it perfect.

Bedroom had a rather noisy mobile AC unit, so we mostly slept with windows open but this was not much problem.

Clean and comfortable as you’d expect for 3 star property. Small pool on roof nice for quick cool down. Located on quiet street. Easy 20 min walk either way into Miraflores or Barranco. Small grocery store just across road. Suite had large seating area and kitchenette. We didn’t use restaurant so can’t comment on that. Staff v helpful.

The spacing is so appealing. When you stay in hotels you get that consolidated air feeling, and at Casa Fanning, the room feels so much more comfortable. We felt at home.

Great location for walking around Barranco and Mirafloras. Also right next to the UTEC where i was at a conference. The room/apartment was very nice and clean and fresh with cooking area and lounge/diner separate from bedroom. The bed was very large and comfortable and the room was very quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very cheap for a week stay

We weren’t able to find any heating

A clean , comfortable apartment. 15minute easy walk to the centre of Barranco. The rooftop terrace was a lovely surprise and there was also seating outside the apartment looking onto the internal patio.

Huge apartment, clean, comfortable, great bathroom and shower, helpful staff and good location close to Barranco and the art gallery. Reasonable kitchen facilities to self cater. My room was available early so I checked in before lunch which was great.

The staff were helpful and overall amazing. They helped with my early check-in, my activity bookings and storing my luggage. I needed a charger and they were able to to assist with that. I felt well taken care of.
