The sheets and towels that were to borrow smelled too much of detergent and all our room smelled of it. If used less detergent or sköljmedel it would have been great

The colder it is outside, the less appealing is the idea of walking to a separate location to the toilet and the shower. Reception located at the gas station is not too obvious. We had a similar cabin in Umeo with shower and toilet inside it for less money.

Fine to sleep for a night.

I did not feel very comfortable as a woman using the shared bathrooms. They could be locked from inside, but anyone with a key to the accommodations could open them from outside, and the shower could not be locked separately (it was in the same building as the toilets and only one door that separated it from the outside). this is why I did not dare to use the bathroom alone, I always had to ask my friends to go together. Also, there were no mosquito nets at the windows, so we had to switch off all lights before being able to get fresh air into the room.

This place has the potential to get much higher ratings. Although it looks cute, I would think twice if I decided to do this again. The smell in the single room was a little unpleasant, and in the common kitchen it was so intense that I didn't want to go in there at all. The toilet was quite clean. I think that the biggest positive thing is that it is in the nature and that if you travel with pets you find yourself very quickly in the middle of the forest by the lake and that is very nice. I didn't even mind the highway noise that much. Pay attention that bedding and sheets are not provided, so that can be an additional problem. All this can be solved with minimal investment and it's a shame that you can loose so many visitors just because it's not clean enough and has a bad smell.

I expected a view to the lake as described, the lake is near but you'll have to use a path in the woods first By that price I'd expect the bed linens to be included and not to have to do a long chores list on check out Maybe the curtains were extra service to pay too, felt lack of privacy as all other cabins were occupied and ours was the start of a walking path. Also some people obviously used the back of the cottage as toilets, even though there are shared bathrooms few meters away.

It is a truck stop, not a camping site. Sells for $60, charges another $80 for bedsheets and cleaning, pure scam. The lakeside footpath is littered with human feces, the cottages are on a narrow strip between a highway and a lake, the whole place is a filthy truck stop with a gas station and the 'cottages'. Pictires are misleading, don't show the real surroundings and the cabin looked nothing like the one on the pics.

- shared toilets. Only 2 for men and 2 for women. Only one shared bath for males and one for females. And 8,9 cottages with 4beds in each can give a que in the morning. - near to motorway and truck parking/resting area. - not a perfect place for families rather one night stay or bed and breakfast
