Soundproofing not brilliant but most people were in bed quite early!

Very good location, on a busy street but just a short walk into the main square, various restaurants and shops. Very helpful staff, giving us maps and lots of advice for around the area. Lovely touch of a complimentary Coca tea on arrival. Big comfy beds and clean rooms. Breakfast was a delight, fresh fruit, eggs, ham, cheese, tea or coffee. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room but a communal set up was just outside in the corridor. Would def return to this hotel in the future.

The walls in the bathroom to the neighbouring room are quite thin so you can hear everything.

Lovely people and amazing breakfast. Maria and her daughter really made our stay a positive experience. they helped us with organising our trip, gave good tips about what to see and do but were also interested about our experiences and opinions of activities in Cusco. Thanks for the little gift in the end too :) great attention to detail

Bed was a little stiff for my liking but did not impede sleep

Staff was extremely accommodating in every way. We had a few special requests and they met every one without batting an eye. Breakfast each morning was perfectly delicious. Location in city centre could not have been better. Walkable to town square, restaurants and local shopping. Tremendous value overall for your lodging dollar. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place. I am really picky about hotels and this one was super nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone was so nice and they are available to help you 24/7. My husband was having issues breathing the first night due to the altitude and they came with an oxygen tank to help asap. I can’t recommend enough this place!!!

Hosts were amazing. They are very friendly and want to help. We needed a place to store our luggage that we weren’t taking to Inka trail. They also make special breakfast package because we left property early second day. Breakfast was great and freshly made. Room was clean. Whole property is well decorated.

The location might be a little bit out of the way from the main plaza (totally walkable though), but it's close to the train station (within 10-minute walk), which was exactly what we needed.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived late, and still were welcomed with their warm smiles and hot tea. While we were eating fruits in the dining area, the lady offered us with plates and cutleries. She even gave us some nice souvenirs when we checked out. The breakfast was amazing too. Highly recommend to anyone who is going to stay in Cusco.

Casa Matará is located on a quite busy street. It didn't bother us, but if you crave a very quiet night, you might need to ask for a room that's not facing the street.

The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was amazing, helped us with all the questions and requests. Breakfast was very nice and we even got one to go when leaving early one day.

They were so friendly and helpful. It made our experience amazing. From recommending tours to arranging taxis for us (as we don't speak Spanish), they really helped us a lot. The location was also great and safe, walk distance from the historical square. The breakfast was so tasty and fresh. Rooms were clean and had Netflix! If I go to Cusco again, I would again stay with them. %100 recommend it!! Thank you again for everything!

It was the best ho(s)tel that we stayed during our travel in Peru and we absolutely loved it. Staff is very nice and friendly, the room was clean and pretty quiet and breakfast is very good as well. Would definitely recommend anyone that wants a cosy stay in Cusco.

Owners/staff were lovely, couldn’t do more for you. Location in central Cuzco great. Breakfast was really nice. Feels like a converted house so very cosy and cared for. Couldn’t fault!
