the property is in the old part of town just a few minutes walk from the main central square. it is an old and very attractive building with beautifully kept gardens. the staff are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have everything that you need. accommodation is excellent with en-suite bathroom and very good and hot shower. A generous breakfast is delivered the evening before of fruit, bread, cheese, ham so you can take on your very early starts for day trips. there is a fridge in the room which really helps for when the weather is hot to keep drinks cool. I would definitely stay here again.

located on a very narrow one way street so a few of our tours couldn’t pick up/ drop off at the door and we had to walk to the street corner. not a big deal but could be inconvenient if you are lugging a lot of luggage. rooms next to the road are noisy from street traffic.

Rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, even had a fireplace. Materials for breakfast were placed in our room every afternoon so we could prepare it whatever time we needed it. Staff was helpful and friendly. We left the hotel for a few nights in between and they stored our luggage for free and had them already in our room when we checked in again.

It didn't bother us but in the distance you could hear music from the center playing.

We are a family of 5 adults, fit perfectly. The living room had a chimney which was offered to be turned on at night, although we did not need it because the blankets were very warm. The staff was amazing a Spanish women (I believe her name was Lucia was so friendly) and then at night Augustine was the most helpful person you could ask for. In the morning a gentleman was present and helped us with our bags. They left a basket of eggs, fresh break, jam, butter and cheese in the fridge so we would have food the next morning to cook ourselves which was perfect for us. They also had salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying just from the staff alone, everything else was a bonus. It was about a 5 minute walk to the center, we felt very safe and comfortable late.

Cusco is quite loud at night and you can hear everything from inside this apartment. The apartment also gets quite cold at night. The road to get there is sketchy to walk along as it is barely wide enough for cars to get past the pedestrians. Netflix didnt work

The apartment was very comfortable and had lots of space and amenities. There was a hot plate and all the kitchen pots and utensils which made it possibke to boil your own water, which is great as this is required in Peru.

A bit more flexibility regarding the timing when the "fire guy" comes in the evenings (in our case we would have liked earlier than 20:30h) would be great.

Quiet backyard with nice gardens away from the noisy streets; just a 4 minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas; loads of excellent restaurants within 5 mins walk; breakfast (fruits, bread, jam, cheese and eggs) are provided the afternoon before to your room, making you independent for early starts of day trips. Heater in every bedroom and a fire in the fireplace in the living room every evening. 24h hot showers. Very friendly host/staff.

Everything was perfect!!!!

The apartment was beautiful. There is an incredible view of Cusco. There is a fire place which the friendly staff prepared for us each night. We had a delicious breakfast very morning, with lots of fruit. Very highly recommended!!!

This hotel is fantastic and would recommend it to anybody ehobis thinking of coming to Cusco,it is in the heart of numerous Inca ruins with a magnificent view of the mountains. Best hotel I've stayed in Peru. 10/10

They did not tell us that we had the keys to the house, we intuited it when we saw the two keys.

They checked us in at 6:00 am, they adapted very well to our schedules, we had a key to the house and our apartment. Very attentive and excellent place.

Perfect!

An awesome and cozy oasis in Cusco. Awesome location within a few blocks walking of the historic area. Breakfast was yummy, especially loved the huge bowl of fresh fruits. We enjoyed the fire place in the evenings and the beautiful courtyard gardens. We would highly recommend staying here when in Cusco ❤️

Huge and comfortable flat in great location. If you're a family this is probably the best place to stay in Cusco. Breakfast was left in the room for you to have by yourself. Excellent value for money and great staff.

The room got a bit cold during the day (we were there in June which is winter), but once we figured out how to make a fire it was very cozy!

Great location in the San Blas neighborhood, close to the plaza and lots of restaurants. The landscaping in the gardens is beautiful and they have resident cats and parrots that say hello. Cute apartment-style rooms with wood burning fireplace that staff lights for you each night, as well as a space heater for the bedroom. Very clean and spacious rooms. They provide some breakfast items you can prepare yourself (eggs, bread, fruit, tea, etc). Staff was super helpful, helping us watch for our Inca Trail pickup at 4:30am and then calling a taxi for us at 5am for the airport! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.
