The place (together with staff) seems a bit formal and reserved, which could seem like you are not very welcomed. But apart from that, it was a nice stay.

The hotel is situated in a great location near the city centre, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was nice, with a variety of both sweet and savoury options and we really appreciated the availability of the breakfast before 6 am., since we had to leave a little bit earlier.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There are lots of decorations around the hotel that give it personality. There is an elevator. Breakfast was a nice buffet with made to order eggs. The location was great, just one block from the main square, restaurants and shopping.

The place was nice and comfortable. Staff were so kind and brought us tea when my partner was feeling sick from the altitude. They told us we can use the oxygen or call for a doctor.

The room had a lake view was very clean with heaters making it very comfortable. We returned for another night and stayed in the large room in the courtyard which was very comfortable and especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. The restaurant is very good and the staff are wonderful. Many thanks to Carlos for his suggestions on travel and warm welcome to the Hotel. Also we were able to store our luggage overnight to enjoy a trip to Isla del Sol.

They were accommodating and kind, spoke English and Spanish, rooms were comfy. They had multiple pillows to choose from. The bathroom was a rain shower head with great pressure and turned hot quickly.

We liked everything.

My children and me stayed at this hotel two separate days. The rooms are big, very spacious, clean, and the beds are confortable and cozy. In between both days we had the tour of the Lake so we left the luggage at the hotel without extra charges. The hotel is good located.

The internet was spotty and not very fast. I’m guessing that may be a problem in most of Puno, though.

The property is located just down the street from the main plaza in Puno and within walking distance of pretty much everything. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the buffet breakfast was good. The hotel was able to organize a taxi to the Juliaca airport for 120 soles.

I got a room on the top with a closed balcony with a mini kitchen inside. The view was quite nice. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was new and clean. The location is great, 2-4min from the Plaza de las Armas, but still on a quiet spot. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed everything about the property except reception and the restaurant which were both really cold! No heating at all- poor people working behind the desk had jackets, scarves and gloves on! We had an entire in the dining room and were treated to an outdoor gas heater! Such a shame as the rest of the hotel was great! Great location- one block to the main square.
