Unfortunately we couldn’t get a second bed cover for our double bed, even if we originally booked two beds. The TV wasn’t working. The room was a bit noisy between street and reception. The hotel was closing at our last day because of maintenance work. But we found a solution to store our luggage there. Thanks for open up!

This was the best breakfast we’ve had in Peru (fresh fruits, pancakes, waffles, egg variations…)!! Also the tea bar was super nice. The bathroom is very clean & modern!

wifi can be slow sometimes. Window in the room was facing into the hall way which meant we did not get fresh air and privacy was an issue when the curtains were open.

staff is super friendly and attending. loved the free option of fresh tea all day long. breakfast was super good with a lot of different options. Will defiantly recommend.

We had no needs that were not met by the hotel or the staff. It was so easy to stay at the Cooper.

Breakfast was amazing. Service by the staff was excellent. They were very helpful in setting up cars and storing luggage after checkout while we toured prior to our flights. The staff (Corina, Itala, Alberto and John) all made sure we were comfortable in every way. The location was ideal for experiencing Cusco. Bathrooms were so comfortable and appreciated after 4 days hiking the Inca Trail.

There was nothing in regard to the hotel that we didn't like. The only negative was a car that was parked out on the street had a car alarm that continuously went off during 1-2 nights of our stay. The other hotels in the area including the Cooper Hotel must have done something about it because the problem did not persist.

We LOVED our recent stay at the Cooper Hotel in Cusco. Charming, clean, accommodating, superb are just a few adjectives that described our recent stay here. They served us breakfast daily...it was nothing short of amazing. And the daily morning/evening tea/coffee table was a special and comforting treat. We just love everything about the Cooper Hotel and could not give a better recommendation for others to choose to stay there. The location was also PERFECT! So close to all the historic district spots. We also appreciated them keeping our baggage secure while we hiked the Inka Trail as well as on our day of departure after we checked out. We felt like our things were safe and secure. The staff was so kind and accommodating for everything from our rooms to arranging taxi's and even an offer to have a doctor come to the hotel to do our needed Covid Test to return to the USA. A perfect place to enjoy everything Cusco has to offer!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all things. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and the location where it was served was also beautiful. We felt very comfortable and booked this hotel again after coming from Machu Picchu. We would definitely recommend this place.

Very convenient location, right in a heart of Cusco. Breakfast is included in the room price and it was absolutely delicious every day. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Super comfortable bed, perfect bathroom and shower. The breakfast is simply great, as it is the staff. They prepare breakfast boxes if you have excursions! The infusion bar is simply a must to try !!!!:) Really great place

Loved everything ❤

Our stay was great!!! The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, location fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent. I don't have a negative thing to say about our stay. They even helped arrange a mobile doctor to come to the lobby and do our covid test for our return trip to the USA. Took about 25 minutes and the helped translate everything and printed out our results- it only cost about $30 USD.

Unfortunately we didn’t sleep very well due to a nightclub next door which played music from 10pm until 3 or 4am. This doesn’t affect all rooms but ours was certainly affected. When we arrived into our room the first night, we found earplugs on the bedside table. Unfortunately, it felt like we were inside the nightclub at times and this really disrupted our stay.

The staff at reception are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is exceptional. There is an incredible range of fruit as well as pancakes, waffles and eggs. The staff were incredible. We had some early morning starts for tours and they provided us with breakfast boxes to go which were great. Overall it’s a fantastic place with great potential but unfortunately we didn’t sleep very well.

What was disappointing is there is NO WATER from 9 pm til 5 am on ALL the 3 nights that we stayed there. This poses a health risk as we could not flush the toilet. We get back from dinner and drinks around 11 pm and we could not freshen up or even brush our teeth. On our first night, the staff member said "it might come back at 1 am." We waited. It got me so anxious that we could not sleep - that we might not be able to take a shower the next day. The next day - we were informed that the water situation was "city-wide" and it s because of the "El Nino" phenomenon. I investigated further and asked the other members of our tour group who were staying in a different hotel or air bnb's. And they never had a water situation. It is UNFORTUNATE since the staff was very nice and polite. But I could not fathom staying in this hotel again due to the lack of water and transparency. If I knew that this was going to be the case, we would have transferred hotels after the first night. But they gave us the run around that it is "city wide" or "it might come back at a certain time." Overall, it made our stay very MISERABLE.

Location is very good as it is a few blocks away from the main square. The breakfast was freshly made. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Next to a night club with music going on until 5 am. Poor/not functioning wifi. Stuffy rooms with no fresh air. Breakfast was not as good as other properties.

Our room was at the front/ street side of the property and about 10 times every night a very very loud car alarm went off, waking us both up, as such there wasn’t much sleeping to be done.

we loved everything about this place except for the lack of awareness the hotel do not inform its patrons that on Friday, Saturday and even Sunday night there’s a very loud nightclub that plays music until 5am. we stayed for 3 nights and the first 2 nights we hardly got sleep, even with ear plugs. if we had known this, we would’ve picked another hotel. this hotel needs to discount the rooms that back onto the nightclub and advise the patrons or invest in sound proofing.

set in a great location near the centre of town, easy for exploring. the staff were really friendly and helpful. the beds were comfortable. the breakfast was really good!

It was quite upsetting that the room had no windows! Instead it had a glass pane facing the lobby / common area.. which, unless you want to be seen by everyone in the hotel, had to be closed and curtained up 100% of the time.
