Ecolodge is a great spot to spend time in Mancora. The place is peaceful, with plenty of space to relax and socialise/keep to yourself depending on what you want. The manager, Vruno, is fantastic and really adds to the stay. He was happy to help with anything we needed and keeps the energy in the place ticking over nicely. I'd strongly recommend this place to people visiting

This was an ideal place to recharge after a week of hiking down south. From the moment I entered, I felt super relaxed thanks to the beautiful architecture, comfortable beds, a ton of plants and lovely conversations with Vruno, Arelis, and a few other guests. A perfect balance of company and solitude, comfort and simplicity. 11/10 would recommend.

Thanks for making me feel cosily at home Vruno and Are and sharing your good vibes with me every day! My 5 day stay turned out to be almost a month. With Vruno’s kind soul, always ready to help and provide great information when needed. May it be for kiting, surfing, diving, ecstatic dancing or good food options. I always felt well consulted and helped where needed. The place is a super quiet oasis, perfect to relax with pool and facilities always well maintained. Beach is in walking distance and good food options as well.

Great room, nice bed (nice sheets!) and hot and big shower. The outdoor area is excellent, enough shade and the pool is nice. The breakfast was delicious and Bruno is an amazing host!!! Always happy to help with tups and information :)

Some of the woodwork came off and the wifi cut out a couple times, but nothing serious, it was a great stay.

EcoLodge is a beautiful hotel! When I arrived I asked if there were other rooms available and Nicole gladly showed me another room that was beyond beautiful. Nicole was lovely and chipper and always had a smile on her face. The hotel is very quiet which makes it very enjoyable to lay out on their tanning beds they have and swim in the heated pool. The breakfast was simple and delicious. The rooftop made is great to chill up there and put any snacks and drinks you have in the fridge.

the nicest room I’ve stayed in yet this trip. best linens, king size bed, huge room very beautiful. I like staying in this area of Mancora. you can still easily reach downtown but have your own oasis close to little restaurants and bodegas.

the noise outside of the eco lodge was very loud. if you have a room close to the street, you might wake up many times during the night.

The lodge is set away from the main beach, but is not too far away at all... means that there isn't really any seaview (except maybe from rooms on the upper level). The very front room is very comfortable, but a bit exposed to the front entrance, and can't be locked from the inside. A simple catch on the inside of the sliding door would help with a feeling of security, especially at night.

The lodge is wonderful and interesting, and has a special atmosphere and architecture. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and well organised. Breakfast was amazing, and there was flexibility to suggest daily menu.

We loved the lodge! Beautifully arranged, very big, comfortable bed, eco friendly design. Stuff was friendly and breakfasts were delicious. Perfect place to relax by the pool, get massages. We enjoyed our stay :)

This place is just perfect! Beautiful, clean and very calm, nice breakfast, attentive and friendly staff, fully functional facilities. Good location, close to the beach and the town but not too close, so you’re not exposed to the noise. Highly recommended !

- cleanness: bed had hair everywhere, private terrace, shared space and pool where not clean at all - toilette started to run over and made the whole bathroom wet + person who fixed it blamed us and cleaned the bathroom only superficially - due to the hair in the bed we were given new, but incomplete bed sheets, but had to put them on ourselves - we wanted to leave after one night, because of the above mentioned, but were expected to pay the full price for all reserved nights - the problems were handled poorly and instead of just letting us leave without charging for a room without working toilette, the receptionist/administrator tried to upsell us to another hotel of theirs that costs 3 times what we paid - their contact number was unreachable

Yes it is an eco-lodge so we were not expecting 5 star standards but it could be better maintained. It is a shame as I guess it was lovely when it was brand new.
