Beautiful hotel, with a surprisingly gorgeous garden and a comfortable room. Good breakfast. It is located in the train station, which is convenient (the noise might bother some people but it really didn't trouble me). It includes a great restaurant, which also made it convenient for dinner and other meals.

Great breakfast, a small buffet plus you can order items off of a small menu. The grounds of this hotel are stunning and if time allows, book the Pachamanca lunch experience, it is very interesting and delicious. The location for the train is amazing - you basically walk out to door and unto the train. About a 15 -20 min walk to the town centre ( especially if you are acclimating) They will tag and hold your extra luggage if required while you go to Machu Picchu. Luis, and all the staff, at the reception are very kind and helpful.

Sounds/Noise disturbance from trains, which they can't control. It's ok for couple of nights.

Right Infront of the hotel main door Peru rail /Inca rail starts n stops :). Excellent location of the hotel, you don't need to worry about a lot of walking to get into train with luggage.

There is nothing we did not like about this property

When you entered the property you are immediately engulfed by the beauty of the well kept gardens and our stay in the rooms gave us the serenity we needed to relax and enjoy our time while on vacation. The restaurant catered to all our needs regardless of the time of the day with excellent meals. The staff in both the hotel and restaurant were exemplary!!

the lunchbox they provided was not good. I saw some other lunchboxes provided by other hotels, and when compared ours was not quşte sufficient. we could at leats have a fruit.

The bathroom was a bit spartan, but more than acceptable.

The hotel seem to be a time warp of the sort. I felt like I stepped into a past century and I loved that. Also, the garden was so beautifully designed with so many beautiful plants and flowers. Breakfast was superior and offered the best coffee I have had in all of PERU.

Absolutely nothing.

The property is located inside the train station. Despite some noise, it's a very beautiful and accessible place, especially for those going to Machu Picchu by train. The hotel has a very good and beautiful restaurant, as well as an organic garden, a coffee roasting tour, and an Andean distillery. The decoration is impeccable, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The village experienced a power outage, and the hotel had a generator for essential functions (such as gas heating), which was very convenient. We needed to leave our luggage at the hotel for an extra day beyond our stay, and the staff was very kind to us, allowing us to use the locker.

Great Value in Ollantaytambo. The location is next to none if you are taking the train to Machu Pichu but aside from this the Hotel is a gem on its own. You can’t really appreciate how big it is from the outside with beautiful gardens and even an orchard.
