Perfect Hospedaje in the middle of Huacachina. The rooms are nice and clean (I have no idea how they manage to keep the sand out). The view from the terrace at the breakfast ist just amazing.. as is the breakfast itself.

Inconsistent water pressure, hot or cold. Rooms could use some repainting or repair. Staff not the friendliest. Seems overpriced, but everything on Huacachina is overpriced.

Confortable beds, ceiling fans and great airflow with large windows. Big room. Central location and great breakfast.

You shouldn't use their so-called 'free' drop off at the bus station. We discussed the time one day in advance, it was written down and we got to the reception on time. They didn't know anything, we waited for 15 minutes (while we had a long distance bus to catch, so we were already looking at other options to get there on time). Finally someone from the hotel brought us (while first dropping off a family member in Ica) and when we got to the bus station (and before we even got a chance to give a tip) the guy was saying 'you pay taxi!! You pay taxi!'

Great location, very good breakfast and comfortable rooms. The room we got has a nice view as well.

The staff are absolutely brilliant! They are all kind, patient and helpful. When one of us was poorly, they kindly made us some tea and brought it to us. No question was too small. An excellent team.

Finding our way into the garage was chaotic given the traffic when we arrived. It'd be good to flag to guests exactly where the entrance door is so as to be a ble to head straight there.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and Huacachina was rammed. However, the hotel was a little oasis of its own and we enjoyed a quiet swim in the pool, then a gentle walk around Huacachina once the day trippers had gone and things had quietened down. The following morning we walked up into the dunes and enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the roof = a great stay overall.

The only problem we had here was the lack of hot water, but we don’t know if it was a one time thing.

The room and bathroom were really big, when we arrived here were relieved because in comparison to other accommodations this place was huge. The bathroom was also big and comfortable

A lot of noise in the evening but not the hotel's fault, peaceful in the morning!

The room looked a bit old. It would have been nice to have a tall wardrobe or an extra chair were to leave our clothes.

The Buggy tour driver that they recommend was literally unpolite and cıt the trip so fast which has supposed to be 2 hrs
