The room was extremely cold at night and there was no portable heating or anything. From our toilet we had a terrible smell from the pipes. The bed sheets looked clean but there were some duvets on top that looked quite dirty with stain marks and hairs as I think they do not change those between guests sadly.

The location is great very near Plaza de Armas, and the patio and building is very cute and looks well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, they let us check in earlier and we really appreciated it as we were arriving early from a long bus ride. Breakfast was simple but nice.

I think for me it was perfect, got fresh towels every day.. I made my own bed but once my bed was also made. Hot water in showers and the room was spacious.

Eggs, bread, fruit, jam and butter, tea and coffee plus fresh juice … I would say that’s a pretty good start to any one’s day

Super cute hotel located in the center of Cuzco, just a 5 minute walk from the main square! We could even leave our luggage for two nights when visiting Machu Picchu.

It is a hostel in a super central part of the city, walking distance from the main square and attractions. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful as in the night I had to leave for the Inca trail and they helped us leaving the luggages.

Staff - very pozitif helpful Colonial rooms are excellent we stay 5 days in new rooms 1 day old colonial room. Colonial rooms are high ceeling not cold and hot water was perfect. New rooms are not bad just was cold İnternet Complementary coco and tea service at reception Trees on the garden - smells very nice

The breakfast was not very good at all after the first day we decided to skip it altogether. The shower was not very pleasant because it had very bad pressure and only got a little warm.

The lady at the desk was lovely and let us pay after check in after we had a chance to get to an ATM. The room was good and very big enough for two people. The bed had a lot of covers but in the heat we took the top two off the bed but it’s good to have in winter. I wish there was a fan in the room for summer heat. Loved the homely look to the courtyard. Very quite at night which is great. Very safe place to stay with buzz in system and big gates.

We VERY MUCH appreciated the safety factor: someone was at the front desk 24th a a day and guests have to ring the bell to get in and the front desk has to unlock the front gate to let us leave. We liked being close to the City Center - we could walk everywhere. The shower was HOT and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out in the room and the property is very quiet. I appreciated the coco leaf tea being available to guests 24/7 at the front desk.

There was hot water but you need to run the shower a few minutes before.

The location is ~10 minutes away from the plaza by foot. The staff was very helpful and super nice. Coming back to the rooms clean and tidy after the tiring tours was the best. The location is safe and accessible to cars. Their laundry service is also efficient, but no hair dryer and I didn't have one so I would sleep with my hair wet 😅

The water for the shower was a little temperamental, it needs careful adjusting!

The hostel has a lovely inner courtyard to relax in. Our room was spacious with an en-suite bathroom and was very reasonably priced. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. There is a laundry surface which is very useful after time away trekking!

the main door are for doorbell, not key, so whole night you are woken up by this; no heating, and it is really cold at night not enough tables during breakfast
