Part of the entrance door (close to the bed in our case) is a window (with opaque glass), which reduces the feeling of privacy.

Nothing. I can not really find something to say that we did not like about the room or the property. Two of the days that we stayed there was a heat wave in Greece and we had no issue. A/C was working perfectly.

Excellent location. Our studio was spacious and well maintained. There were all the amenities, such as coffee maker, espresso machine, fridge and a stove. Bathroom was large and modern. Comfortable beds. There was also a large balcony with beautiful views of the Paleopoli beach. The owners were very friendly, laid back and made us feel at home. A great plus the choice to bring the huge breakfast that they served to your room and enjoy the great views while having it. Parking was easy right across the street.

The location was perfect for us it was a short walk to the beach, and to the center of Avlemonas. We had amazing views of the landscape and ocean. It was peaceful and the breakfast was excellent!! Our hosts for very kind and we hope to back one day. What a memorable stay.

Large apartment with huge shaded patio. Great for a long stay at Avlemonas. Pascal was a super friendly host and Mathilda was a great cook. We had the most amazing breakfasts every day. The best breakfasts on our whole trip. Very quiet and peaceful and convenient for Limni Beach. We walked there in 45 minutes but just a few minutes by car.

The photos of the apartments were taken with a wide angle lens which makes them look bigger than they actually are. I prefer photos that depict the actual size with no enhancement.All else was perfect.

The breakfast was out of this world! The best one I've ever had I'm sure. Kythira is a wonderful island and the location of this hotel was perfect for us. A few tavernas and bars a short walk away. The hotel is so quiet and peaceful. Even a bee flying passed seemed noisy because it was so quiet.

True and genuine accomodation is what this hotel is offering. A simple recipe of the perfect accomodation that consists of a spacious and clean room, fantastic view (we had booked the room with balcony and sea view), a delicious breakfast and friendlyl hosts and staff that are always willing to serve you. Ideal place to spend some relaxing time. I would definitely stay again there in future vacation.

Kitchen was not very well equipped. Had a hard time trying to find the reception when we first arrived. Balconies also do not have much privacy.

Location is great, approximately half way between town and the beach. Breakfast was also very good.

The kitchen area was very small. When the studio is refurbished an enlargement of the kitchen and a slight reduction of the living area would be appropriate. It looked as though the adjacent studio was undergoing this improvement.

Anemes is located on the edge of Avlemonas, and is only a short walk from shops and tavernas, and also the swimming areas. The breakfast was substantial and very tasty. The studio was very spacious and adequately equipped.

Anemes is located in one of the most beautiful villages on the island and it has got a great location at the entry of the village, just a short walk away from the village center and its taverns and beach. The surroundings are very peaceful and the accommodation was impeccable in all aspects, comfort, cleanliness and space. A good breakfast was served at the lobby, always with a smile and lots of hospitality by the owner and the staff.

The only thing we found a bit disturbing is the fact that we could hear the guests above us walking around while we tried to sleep. Best to opt for a room on the second floor if you find this disturbing.

Spotlessly clean, great airy room even greater breakfast, location to the village is perfect and the personnel (especially Matilda) were very friendly and helpful. Best place to stay on Khythira I guess.

Would be good to have somewhere to sit out of the sun in late afternoon. Would be good to have the tasty breakfast options written down making breakfast less stressful

Size of the room and the bed were good and the kitchenette and views. Location good too. The ladies preparing the breakfast and cleaning the rooms were helpful and friendly and hard working in the heat.
