Great hotel, close to the main plaza. Breakfast is amazing! Rooms are a bit small but clean.

* Rooms to the front of the property technically have a balcony, but not really enough to sit out on (no worries though, we used the rooftop terraces) * Also rather noisy outside, but then we were in a very central position, so again, not a huge issue. * Only slight gripe was the hot water - took an absolute age to warm up...although it did eventually (if you didn't touch the cold tap!) * Oh and tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been a nice touch.

* Lovely helpful staff and great position just along from the Plaza de Armas. * Great rooftop terraces and observation deck which provided a spectacular view of Arequipa at sunset, looking over the cathedral to the mountains behind. * Nice panoramic breakfast served on the 4th floor

The staff were really nice and went the extra mile. Allowing to have breakfast before we checked in cos we arrived early at 5am, preparing breakfast for us at 3am thr next day for iur Calco Canyon trip and many more. Great location and super comfortable room. Nice view of the mountains.

My room was on the ground floor close to reception so in the daytime I could hear other guests talking there but at night it was quiet so good to sleep.

The location is great, just a few steps from the main square. The staff is very helpful. Nice breakfast and rooftop terrace.

Everything was great. Very considerate they had packed lunch for colca canyon trip at 3am (!!), very considerate welcome to the room with personalised letter (I rarely see this nowadays), very nice breakfast, very helpful people at reception, very nice rooftop view of Arequipa!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always a smile on their faces and happy to assist with whatever you need. Breakfast was lovely every morning on the terrace. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Location is also very nice: central but quiet.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean. The staff were very nice and always willing to help. They have also prepared a take away breakfast for the days in which we had to leave before the breakfast time. The view from the rooftop is amazing!!

Everything was super. From the most delicious breakfast, sack snack when left super early, reduced price very early check-in, free and great storage while we hiked Colca Canyon, super nice room, 24 hour front desk, great location, reasonably priced laundry service, etc. This is a super place to stay at a great price.

Cute place. Centrally located. Food all around. There is a rooftop where you can chill and watch the sunset. You can see the mountains as well. Breakfast was yummy.

We liked everything really, the room was on the small side but that didn’t bother us at all since it was kept clean every day.

Location is unbeatable. They cleaned our room every day. Breakfast was by far the best we had in Peru. Staff were really kind and helped us booked taxis and do laundry as we needed. Free tea and coffee station was perfect after our excursions.
